The apartment is in a lovely location overlooking the sea. Perfect place for a holiday stay.

Fiorenza was a great host - available when we needed her and was flexible to our arrival and departure times. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace. Immediate locality was quiet in April, which suited us fine. Fiorenza was great at recommending good places to eat and visit.

Awesome, Awesome and Awesome

before my stay i had a few chats with the landlord, she answered me immediately and she was always polite and helpful with all the questions. as we arrived she was already there waiting for us. very friendly person, she explained us everything and so we could start a very beautiful vacation. the terrace is huge and at the first night we had a bbq at the place with an awesome view on the beach and the sunset. the rooms are really comfy and clean. we had a fridge and a AC, a washing machine and a place to cook with gas. all in all a place to spend several days with family and friends!!!!!

Logement propre et calme, et situé juste à côté de la mer. La vue depuis la terrasse était top. Pensez à prendre de l'huile et du sel pour la cuisine. La communication n'était pas la meilleure : manque de réactivité ou juste pas de réponse parfois, mais à côté de ça Fiorenza a été très flexible sur les horaires. Au global, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Guter Ausblick, Traumterasse! Saubere Zimmer. Schlimmer Abflussgeruch im Toilettenbereich bis in den Flur. Wasser kam permanent mit unterschiedlichem Druck und roch muffig. Fehlendes wlan wurde nach einer Stunde ersetzt.

Decouverte de la Sicile

Un appartement avec une vue de rêve. Un plaisir de se réveiller et d'admirer ce paysage magnifique. L'appartement situé au 3eme étage, est tres fonctionnel, et bien agencé. Tout est fourni, y compris les parasols qui sont dispensables.Fiorenza est tres agréable et serviable malgré la barriere de la langue. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung mir Panorama-Terrasse

Wir waren 5 Tage als Gast bei Fiorenza in Secca Grande und es war alles bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (persönliche Empfindung) wunderbar. Die Wohnung und besonders die schöne und große Terrasse mir wunderschönen Blick auf Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Fiorenza war gut (zwar nur auf Italienisch, aber mit der Hilfe von Translator kein Problem). Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und authentisch, für Ruhesuchende ein richtiger Treffer. Zum kieseligen Strand (man kann trotzdem gut ins Wasser , sogar ohne Badeschuhe, reingehen) war nur ein Paar Schritte. In der nächsten Umgebung (mit dem Auto) gibt es auch schöne Sandstrände. Auto kann man gut und sicher im Hof vor dem Haus parken. Klare Empfehlung!

Traumhafte Terrasse

Seccagrande ist ein kleiner Ort direkt am Meer.Der Strand ist steinig, aber man kann wunderbar baden. Fussläufig gibt es ein paar Bars und Restaurants. Für Ausflüge auf die Insel ist ein Auto notwendig.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick übers Meer. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Einziges Manko, war die einsetzende Bautätigkeit ringsherum. Hielt sich aber in Grenzen, daher können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Terrasse vue mer très agréable

Première expérience sur Abritel. Fiorenza, la propriétaire est souriante et très agréable. Elle ne parle que l'italien, mais nous avons réussi à nous comprendre ( ; L'appartement est spacieux, situé à deux pas de la plage et à 40 minutes de la vallée des Temples d'Agrigente. La terrasse est très agréable bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons pu profiter de jolis levers et couchers de soleil. Seule la pièce principale est climatisée, mais pour autant, nous n'avons pas trop souffert de la chaleur dans les chambres lors de notre séjour (fin juin). La voiture est nécessaire pour aller faire les courses, à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Prévoir des chaussures pour marcher sur la plage (petits galets). L'appartement est équipé d'une machine à laver, mais il faut prévoir sa lessive. Idem, pour les sacs poubelles qui ne sont pas fournis. De même, il y a une cafetière à dosettes, mais les capsules ne sont pas fournies non plus, contrairement à d'autres logements où nous nous sommes arrêtés. Il serait peut-être bien de mettre une ou deux dosettes pour se servir un premier café et pour avoir la référence des capsules.

Buonasera e grazie per la recensione , vorrei precisare, che il climatizzatore è posizionato in modo che basta aprire le porte delle camere , così facendo il clima arriva in tutte le stanze, tanto è vero che non avete sentito caldo precisando che non tutti mettono il clima , perche ha un costo .Secondo, cè la macchinetta e non ci sono le cialde , ma nel sito non dice che cè colazione, terzo In merito alla biancheria ce tutto pure la lavatrice, ma il sito non dice che cè pure il detersivo, e poi voi siete venuti x solo due giorni e pure in sei , un, altra cosa che voglio precisare è che il super market è a soli 200 mt e poi ancora vi abbiamo fatto trovare tutto pulito al massimo , e posteggio di fronte casa. Le logement est grand pour 6 personnes, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour le confort. Le logement est completé par une tres grande terrasse même si malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu en profiter à cause du temps. L'été elle doit être tres appréciable. La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse, à l'écoute et à disposition. Nous gardons vos coordonnées. Encore merci

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Die Fotos zeigen alles sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Terrasse ist fantastisch. Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. WLAN ist nicht in allen Bereichen perfekt. Die Vermieterin ist extrem nett. Kommunikation ist aber auf italienisch erforderlich was in Zeiten von Google Translator oder DeepL kein Problem mehr darstellt. Volltreffer auch wegen des Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

La terrasse permet de profiter d'une très belle vue sue la mer. L'accueil e été chaleureux et les propriétaires ont été réactifs pour régler les problèmes de gaz et d'eau chaude que nous avons rencontrés. L'appartement est très propre.

Merci beaucoup à Fiorenza et sa famille pour tout l'appui donné pendant notre séjour :-) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement qui avait une terrasse superbe avec un coucher de soleil et de lune tous les soirs... :-). Secca grande est une petite station pas très touristique mais agréable ou il est difficile de se déplacer sans voiture... Nous conseillons donc de prévoir une voiture de location, les possibilités de transport en commun étant tres réduites.

Skøn terrasse lige ved stranden

Vi tilbragte en uge på denne skønne tagterrasse tæt på strand og vand. Lejligheden er pæn og ren og med alle nødvendige faciliteter. Værten Fiorenza var utrolig sød og smilende og hurtig til at svare på vores spørgsmål, trods sprogbarriere og med god hjælp fra google translate 😁 Seccagrande er en dejlig, lille og stille by, men der er ikke langt til Ribera og Siacca. Tak for en dejlig ferie

Magnifique terrasse !

Cet appartement dispose d'une belle terrasse permettant de se prélasser au soleil toute la journée. Une plage de galet se situe juste en bas de la rue pour profiter de la mer aussi. Niveau localisation, Seccagrande est pas loin d'Agrigente (40 min de la vallée des Temples, 30 min de la Scala de turci), ce qui est pratique. Le village est plutôt tranquille.

Formidable terrasse.

L' appartement est très propre. La terrasse est extrêmement agréable. Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h dans la location et Fiorenza nous attendait. Il a été facile de communiquer avec elle par SMS. Par contre Fiorenza parle seulement italien. 2 des 3 chambres ont des ouvertures donnant sur l'extérieur avec des volets roulants mais sans fenêtres !

A great place to stay...

The apartment was clean, new and neat! It had a great balcony overlooking the ocean, off street parking, and comfy bedrooms. I would recommend this rental!
