APARTMENT T3 NEW ERBALUNGA CORSICA

NEW T3 apartment of 55m2 plus terrace of 12m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people on the 2nd floor with elevator. At 200 meters from the beach.
Located in the village of Erbalunga, close to all necessary shops (bakery, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, tobacco), many restaurants.
For most athletes a fitness trail is located nearby, tennis courts, stadium, children's games.
At 9 km from Bastia, a bus is available from Erbalunga to serve Bastia at the rate of six rotations per day (3 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon), 30 kms from the airport of Poretta .

Apartment fully equipped (fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, television, air conditioning, internet access).
Composed of a living room, two bedrooms (one with a bed 140 cm and another with a bunk bed two beds of 90cm), 1 sofa bed 130cm, a bathroom with shower.

Linen not provided. Possibility rental (sheets and towels)
Optional cleaning

Reservation: 30% deposit on booking, balance on arrival at the start of stay.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility of 3 nights minimum from September to June (90 € / night).

Nice place in nice village

It was nice to stay at this cozy appartement. Nice welcome after an exhausting hike from Canari to Erbalunga. We found a well equipped and new appartement. Ariane and her mother cared for us and enabled an easy stay. Erbalunga is nice and you can reach Bastia by public transport easily. We will come again...

Confortable place

The flat is modern, clean , confortable and fully equipped. That’s a pity that the washing mashine was not functioning and the air dryer missing. The host was kind and available. I only suggest to include bed linen and towels in the services, that would be an additional positive point. Erbalonga is a quiet and beautiful village in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful places of the north of Corsica. Ther are a nice port and beach of stones. Our stay was great!

Nous avons été formidablement accueillis par Ariane, très bel appartement correspondant au descriptif, très propre, avec tout équipement neuf et moderne, que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine, la salle de bain ou la climatisation. L'accès Wi-Fi a très bien fonctionné, pas de problème pour se garer à proximité, plage et commerces accessible à pied. Un bus desservant régulièrement Erbalunga nous a permis de visiter Bastia confortablement.

Super Logement

Quelle belle surprise que de découvrir ce magnifique appartement vue sur mer. Une grande pièce à vivre, un petit balcon, une belle chambre avec lit double, une belle chambre avec lit superposé et une super salle de bain. Tout est equipé parfaitement du lave vaisselle au lave linge en passant par la senseo il n’y a rien a dire sur la qualité du logement. Des places gratuites sont à disposition dans la résidence. A 200 mètres de la plage (en galets), petit village très sympathique d’Erbalonga avec son petit port. Notre hôte a été d’une gentillesse incroyable de la réservation, à notre arrivée pour la remise des clés et du départ. La proprietaria, persona gentilissima, ci ha messo a disposizione una casa molto pulita e moderna, dotata di tutto, dal condizionatore al forno al microonde, dalla cucina elettrica completa di forno, al wi-fi. La zona di abitazione era molto silenziosa e tranquilla, vicino ad un centro culturale che tutti i sabati sera ci ha proposto degli eventi di ascolto con musica dal vivo. La casa è vicinissima al supermercato, alla boulangerie, alla boucherie e ad un punto vendita di ottime pizze a portar via “A Casetta”. Il balconcino ha reso gradevoli e fresche le nostre serate. Grazie di tutto.

Nous avons passés un super séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte, et un bel échange au moment du départ . L’appartement est top. Il est super bien agencé, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Dans un beau quartier, bien situé et calme. Aucun bruit la nuit pour dormir. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour vos futurs vacances.

Logement très pratique pour une famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos enfants de 7 ans et 9 mois. Le logement neuf est tout équipé, le sol en lino était parfait pour notre bébé qui se déplace en rampant ! À 5 min de la plage, c'est idéal pour les enfants! (Pensez à prendre votre chéquier pour la caution) Merci à Ariane et sa maman pour la délicate attention à l'arrivée . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en Corse et en particulier à Erbalunga.

Je recommande ce lieu dans ce joli port. Tout y était impeccable. Un petit bémol cependant, le prix de la location draps, linge de toilette... En Corse, je n'avais jamais payé de location de draps! Venant en avion, c'est un peu compliqué d'apporter sa literoe.
