Comfortable independent villa for 7 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 dining room, 1 large veranda, surrounded by country nature and about 2 km from the sea of Alcamo Marina.
Possibility to visit enchanting places in the surroundings such as Castellammare del Golfo beach and port, Scopello, the enchanting Zingaro Nature Reserve, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice and the wonderful salt pans of Trapani. With daily excursions it is possible to reach the beautiful Egadi Islands. Alcamo is also about 50 km from the beautiful Palermo, the capital of Sicily.

The house is located in a strategic position, as it is well connected to the highway and is served by a nearby bar and supermarket.

Séjour touristique en Sicile. Très très bon accueil avec boisson et cannoli. Location est très propre avec une grande zone ombragée. Propriétaires à l'écoute et disponibles

Heerlijke dagen gehad.

We verbleven met 5 personen een lang weekend in Il Gelsomimo. Een keurig, goed uitgerust huis op een prachtige locatie. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren allerhartelijkst. De communicatie met hen verliep soepel via de app. Een verblijf daar is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Aux petits soins

Très bel accueil , des gens vraiment adorables qui nous ont super bien conseillés. Échanges en italien et en anglais. La maison est bien située, en fond d'impasse, à mi chemin entre Trapani et Palerme, à quelques minutes du site antique de Segesta et à cinq minutes d'une magnifique plage de sable. Très belle vue dégagée sur la mer (bon , ok ,on voit aussi l'autoroute, mais ce n'est pas du tout gênant) la terrasse couverte est très spacieuse, bien aménagée et vraiment confortable. À l'intérieur, rien ne manque, Vito et son épouse ont vraiment pensé à tout ! À l' étage, nos filles étaient ravies d'avoir chacune leur chambre. Attention, la plus petite chambre n'a pas de fenêtre. Des ventilateurs sont fournis , ils sont très utiles car il n'y a pas de clim et à l'étage il fait chaud. Bilan : un séjour vraiment très agréable, une belle rencontre avec des gens adorables et un excellent rapport qualité prix. À conseiller !

Tutto perfetto!

La casa è molto carina, super attrezzata e pulitissima. Si trova a pochi minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia più vicina ed è comoda ad ogni servizio pur trovandosi in una zona tranquilla. Da segnalare l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari... senza eguali!

Très bien accueilli et idéalement situé

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par les propriétaires qui ont été au petits soins pour nous. La location a été parfaite pour notre séjour et nous a permis de rayonner sur le nord de la Sicile. Le lieu est tranquille, et frais pour nos retours de journées de visites bien chaudes. Bien équipé nous n'avons manqué de rien. La plage n'est pas très loin (3km) et toutes les commodités sont à proximité. Le seul petit bémol est la route, pourtant de l'autre côté du vallon, qui parfois était un peut bruyante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons sans soucis cette location.
