87m² 1st floor, composed of: 1 dining room (sea on the horizon), 1 living room with TV, 1 independent kitchen washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer , quality dishes and household appliances, 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 160 cm bed), 1 bedroom for 1 person (1 90 cm bed), 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 x 90 cm beds), 1 shower room (large shower). Electric heating.
A veranda at the back of the apartment which will allow you to benefit from a second living room or dining area.

L’appartement est très accueillant, meublé et décoré avec goût. Pour 4, c’était amplement suffisant car l’appartement est vaste et bien agencé. Chambres confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la véranda. Je précise qu’il y a un grand escalier pour y accéder depuis l’extérieur, à savoir car nous étions avec une personne âgée. Cependant à l’intérieur tout est de plain-pied. Le restaurant de l’autre côté de la route a fait 2 soirées musicales dans la semaine, jusqu’à une heure du matin. Mais seule la chambre côté route y est exposée. La proximité de la plage et de la boulangerie sont 2 critères de choix. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Excellente assistance de la part de la résidence.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Entspricht den Bildern. Die Lage ist super, das Meer ist direkt erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es eine Boulangerie, wo man gut und günstig frühstücken kann, sowie eine Bar. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend, das Bad ist ein bisschen klein, aber getrennt von der Toilette. Das ist sehr günstig bei mehreren Gästen. Die Angestellte ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ein sehr großes Manko ist allerdings die Tatsache, dass der Fernseher und vor allem das WLAN nicht funktioniert haben und der Vermieter es nicht geschafft hat, dies innerhalb von zwei Wochen zu beheben. Wir haben nicht mal Bemühungen gesehen, da wir mehrfach um ein persönliches Treffen gebeten haben, welches nicht stattfand. Wirklich schade!

Appartement vaste et fonctionnel, à 5' à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Véranda agréable. Des petits travaux et remplacement à envisager. Circulation automobile dense à certaines heures.

appartement cosy et agréable, conforme au descriptif

Propriétaire accueillante, qui nous a proposé de charger notre voiture électrique sur le parking de la résidence, ce qui est confortable pendant un séjour. Appartement bien équipé (notamment pour faire de la cuisine). La plage est à quelques minutes à pieds, il y a juste un petit peu de circulation en plein été au pied de la résidence.

Nice Apartment

The kitchen had most everything you could want, the bed was comfortable with nice linens, and the location is a short walk to the beach. If staying during the tourist season, it would be lovely. We, however, were there the end of November, and there was very little going on. It felt very isolated. The casino was open, but only one restaurant was open during the week. That, of course, is not the fault of the apartment. We never met the owner of whom other reviewers speak, but the young girl working in the office was as helpful as she could be, especially with the language barrier. I think the apartment had been vacant for a while and a few things (coffee pot, clothes dryer, a couple of heaters) were not working. Most things were corrected when we brought them to her attention. The main problem for us was that the wifi was very poor. We moved the router extender around to find the strongest signal, but it was still poor. All that being said, It is a very nice apartment.

Superbe!

Appartement très bien placé, à 5 minutes de la plage à pied! Joliment meublé, vraiment très propre et bien agencé! Par ailleurs, absolument tout le nécessaire au niveau petit et gros éléctroménager (ce qui est rarement le cas en location) : du batteur, mixeur et multiples moules à dessert au sèche linge! Nous qui aimons cuisiner c'était un plaisir d'avoir tout à disposition! Merci également pour l'accueil parfait.
