Ideal apartment for couples with children or pets, in the middle area of Navarra known as Tierra Estella, next to the Camino de Santiago and near Logroño in La Rioja.
The name La Encina is in honor of the "The Oak with the three legs of Mendaza". This beautiful tree with more than 1200 years is 5 minutes from our house.
The rural apartment is about 50 m2 facing east-south, with a balcony (see sunrise) and two exterior windows. (they give to our patio).
It has a double room with a balcony, with a 1.50m bed. Super-comfortable memory foam mattress.
A very spacious kitchen-living room with a sofa (for 3 seats) and a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, cutlery and necessary kitchenware).
And a complete and charming bathroom with shower.
Possibility of 1 extra place.
The Rural Apartment is rented with fitted sheets, blankets and bedspreads, in addition to the necessary towels.
For stays longer than 7 days, a mid-stay cleaning with change of sheets and towels is included.
