Picturesque homely house with a lovely pool and garden

It was a lovely property with lots of space and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic when the weather was good. The pool was a perfect temperature and clean. Room for improvement with the description on the website e.g. there is only air con in the lounge and the bedrooms were incredibly hot at night. It needs to be clearer that there are no linen or towels available and it is costly to hire them. The instructions for finding the property could be clearer. The washing machine didn't work very well. Otherwise we had a lovely time there.

En Provence il fait chaud et en plus en période de canicule il faut impérativement fermer volets et fenêtres avant 10 h ( ce que nous disons a chaque vacanciers ). Sur le contrat il n'est pas indiqué que toute la maison est climée ' seulement salon et salle a manger comme indiqué ; quand aux draps et serviettes dans la description de ce qui est fourni ne figure pas de linge de lit et de toilette . Et pour ce qui est de se perdre c'est la première fois que ça arrive ! la machine a laver va être changée et nous allons ajouter le point GPS. En cas de canicule des ventilateurs seront a la disposition des vacanciers .Nous sommes a votre la a votre écoute Alain Michelle

Sun and Peace

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks just enjoying the sun and the silence. Amazingly hot even in September!! The villa is certainly peaceful but all is on hand nearby for everyday living. The fact there was no WiFi (which is not Alains fault) did cause us problems and we wish we had been warned before we left so we could have compensated. The phone signal for our English phones wasn't brilliant which didn't help. The outdoor kitchen is delightful. The two cats that frequented everyday would be ok....if you like cats. The pool was great for keeping you cool and the air conditioning in the living room was appreciated enormously. We did need Alain on a couple of occasions and he came extremely promptly. All in all a nice stray. Thank you Alain.

Perfect Place

A lovely property, everything we needed. The outdoor kitchen was great. We used everything there, oven, microwave and built in bbq. Having a dishwasher was a bonus. Nice big fridge/freezer enabled us to buy for the 2 weeks were there. ( Think we left some duck and ice creams in the freezer! Sorry). Although it was very hot ( just what we wanted), the outdoor area stayed cool and between that and the lovely pool we had no problems. Keeping the shutters closed kept the bedrooms at a bearable temperature and the air conditioning in the lounge worked well when we really needed a blast of cold air. The house was easy to find and Alain met us and showed us around the house and how everything worked. Unfortunately the internet was not working in the village, (we saw the men fixing it on our last day!) but that wasn’t a big problem and obviously wasn’t Alains fault. We also had two cats regularly visiting us, which made us all very happy. There is lots to do in this area, we have been around here a few times and revisited a few favourite places, the crocodile farm, St Martin beach, canoeing the ardeche and going up Mont Ventoux (one on a bike, the rest in the car!). The castle in the village is worth going to. Lots of good wine and food, sun and water together with this lovely house enabled us to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Recommended to everyone. Hébergement vieillot, a rafraîchir, literies : matelas a remplacer, piscine chauffée ? Impossible d'y plonger le matin 22 degrés, il faut attendre que le soleil la chauffe, péniblement 25 degrés a 17h00.

la piscine est chauffée a 24 degrés(respect de l'environnement) mais sur demande comme cela passe tout le temps on ajuste jusqu'à 27 maxi sans supplément (grosse consommation d'Energie ) la literie a 2 ans personne ce plain au contraire on a de bon retour . svp demandez vos requêtes quand vous sur place immédiatement je ferai tout pour vous satisfaire

Belle maison, très propre et superbe cuisine d'été avec le dessert à portée de main (magnifique vigne donnant de très bons raisins). Prévoyez tout de même des protections contre les moustiques tigres qui envahissent tout l'hexagone ! La piscine est tellement la bienvenue pour se détendre après les visites !

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr netter Vermieter, immer ansprechbar. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll gemacht. Alles für den Aufenthalt ist vorhanden. Es ist möglich, Bettwäsche gegen Gebühr zu mieten. Da wir das elektronische Tor nicht öffnen konnten, wurde sofort die Batterie der Fernbedienung ausgetauscht. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Immer wieder gerne.

Agréable séjour

Le choix a été effectué en dernière minute suite à l'annulation d'un autre voyage. Nous avons cuisiné et mangé tous les jours à l'extérieur. Quelques oublis de nettoyage des ustensiles de cuisine nous ont un peu déçus mais nous avons quand même passé un très agréable séjour.

TRÈS AGRÉABLE

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce lieu et l'ensemble de la famille est ravie. Rien ne manque, des ustensiles de cuisine et de la vaisselle comme à la maison. La cuisine extérieure géniale, nous n'avons pas utilisé celle de l'intérieur. Petite piscine super sympa et surtout bien sécurisée. La description des lieux dans l'annonce correspondant tout à fait à la réalité.

Logement parfait pour deux familles de trois, chacun sa salle de bain, chacun sa chambre parentale et une chambre commune pour les enfants. Gros point fort, les extérieurs; cuisine extérieure très agréable (on n'a pas mis les pieds dans celle d'intérieure), piscine accès protégée et entourée d'olivier, grand espace de gazon, boulodrome, herbes aromatiques, etc. Le seul point négatif, les lits grinçaient pas mal.

Beau potentiel

Propriété divisée entre la location et le propriétaire avec un beau potentiel mais vieillissante. Accès au wifi très compliqué et impossible dans les espaces extérieurs (terrasse couverte, piscine etc) la présence de vigne sur la terrasse est esthétique mais attire frelons à côté des espaces de vie. Piscine de taille sympa mais vieillissante et impossible à nettoyer soi même. Village agréable avec une forteresse à voir. Le ++ la présence du restaurant Recto Verso à 50 m: beau bon et une propriétaire fort sympathique

Location très agréable

Maison très agréable avec piscine( clôturée) en partie ombragée par des oliviers, idéal pour une famille avec enfants, la cuisine extérieure est parfaite pour vivre dehors du matin au soir. Tout est conçue pour y passer de bonnes vacances.
