In the south of the Haute Loire, near the Ardèche and the Lozère, just 2 hours from Lyon, come and relax in an old stone farmhouse, carefully restored. On the edge of the village, you will appreciate its calm and comfort in all seasons. With family, friends, you can take wonderful hikes from the house and admire superb landscapes at the crossroads of the Auvergne-Rhône Alpes and Languedoc Roussillon Regions. The owner, guide-lecturer, will be happy to advise you on the discovery of local heritage.
4-room house -1 floor -120 m2 - commune of St Etienne du Vigan - Haute Loire - locality called Beaune - altitude 1080 meters - Open view of village and countryside - south orientation - enclosed garden nearby with private picnic area and children's games (swing, slide, sandpit).
- RC renovated: large living room with integrated kitchen, dining area, living area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, fireplace stove, WIFI corner, WC, bathroom with spacious shower + 2 sinks . Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, including master bedroom with bathroom.

Equipment: hotplates, pyrolysis oven, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, central aspiration. Cooking tools
Security deposit of 250 € requested in the form of a check on arrival and returned on departure excluding damage.
