Wedding Stay in Lighthouse Point

We had a wonderful stay in Lighthouse Point. The 3 bedrooms & baths suited us to a tee. The house was beautiful and so conveniently located. We enjoyed the pool every single day and always waved to the boaters that passed the house.

Worst part of the stay was leaving.

We are planning to retire soon to Florida and wanted to get a feel for the area and view houses. The facilities and location are great. We had the unique experience of sitting at the dining room table and watching a huge yacht go by in the canal. The house spoiled us because a result of staying here we have decided to up our purchase budget to get a waterfront home.

Great vacation home

House was very clean and well stocked with little extra you wouldn’t expect when checking into a rental. All bathroom were fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner Laundry room had full supply of detergent & fabric softeners. Pool was great even better than pictures Owners were very responsive to all of my questions and addressed minor issues as soon as I reported them I would stay there again I tried to book the property for for 3 additional weeks in February & March but it wasn’t available

Second Stay At This Fabulous Property!

Three generation family vacation with our Son, Daughter-In-Law and their two children ages 14 and 12. We all loved this property! Chris, the owner, and Rhonda, the Property Manager, were always available and eager to answer even the most mundane questions. When you arrive and walk in the front door you are immediately entranced by the amazing water views of the canal and pool from the spacious open concept Great Room/Sitting Room/Kitchen; likewise from the glass sliders in the master bedroom. There was also lots of privacy with 3 queen bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A fully equipped “cook’s” kitchen allows for fun family outdoor dining by the pool. None of us could get enough of the large Pool and a beautifully updated pool deck. Our grandkids also really enjoyed the diving board. We also enjoyed watching boats along the canal headed to the intracoastal waterway -- a great way to start and end the day! Deerfield Beach, one of the nicest beaches along the South Florida coast, is only a 5 minute ride. My wife and I walked the Deerfield Beach paved promenade every morning at sunrise. A little piece of HEAVEN. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great from the start! Property was exactly as pictured, open concept, and fantastic view! Pool was large and perfect for relaxing in a float! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need from pots and pans to spices and condiments. Made it super easy for cooking! Great location and close to everything! Very Nice Rental House

Lovely Home along the Canals

We love our stay. The house is well appointed, comfortable, spacious, and features all the amenities one could need and more. The neighborhood is lovely and I miss my walks in the area. The house is right on the canals surrounded by beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. It's close to everything (Target, Wallmart, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and the 95 Highway). The owners were super responsive and communicative and generously lent me their kayak to enjoy a couple of trips on the canals. We'd definitely look to rent the property again on a future trip.

Mermaid House

We totally enjoyed our stay! Mermaid house was perfect! We didn’t have to go anywhere! I think we sat by the pool 90% of our time at Lighthouse Point. The pool overlooking the canal was awesome. We felt safe walking around the family neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. We hope to be back again someday! Thanks to the Cava family for sharing their home.

WE LOVED IT

When we travel, we stay at 5 star hotels but due to covid we opted to rent a home. We were not disappointed. This house was the equivalent of a 5 star hotel stay. We spent most of the days in the pool watching the yachts pass by. Our 7 year old caught his first fish from the back yard dock. The house is well appointed consisting of wonderful kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable furniture and all the creature comforts.Lighthouse Point and this neighborhood are terrific.Convenient to great restaurants and attractions. The owner, Chris and his sister were very responsive to our needs and a strong desire to make our stay memorable. We would stay here again and highly recommend this home.Two recommended highlights-McCarthy's wildlife sanctuary near Jupiter and Kaluz restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale(if you like to dine on fine food while watching mega- yachts sail by)REQUEST OUTDOOR PATIO.

Christmas vacation

The house is located in a nice neighborhood. The pool and patio area is beautiful and large in size. It was nice to have two living room areas to relax in inside the house. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with all that one needs to cook. We had a relaxing vacation.
