Sunglow Resort in Daytona Beach Shores is a direct oceanfront condominium.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1200 sq. ft. condo is a deluxe corner unit which is the largest floorplan available in Sunglow. The condo had COMPLETE remodel in 2015 – all new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture – everything is new! The condo, unit #803, is on the 8th floor and features spectacular ocean views from the balcony, living room, dining/kitchen and master bedroom. This is a non-smoking condo. No single night rentals - minimum weekly rental February-August with Saturday check-in and check-out. Monthly rates available September-January only.

All the amenities of home can be found here, including flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a DVD player and wireless Internet. Linens and towels are provided. The facilities are well maintained with on-site front desk staff 7 days/week. It is a very safe, family-friendly area. You will receive a parking permit at no additional cost to park right by the resort building. Sorry, no pets are allowed in Sunglow Resort.

Daytona Beach Ocean Views – This is what Florida vacation rental is all about! The best view at the condominium is from the large balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and kitchen/dining area. It provides a panoramic view up and down the beach and out to sea. Dolphins are regularly seen swimming out front and a rare whale has been spotted. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem – Crabby Joe’s restaurant is right next door on Sunglow Pier. They offer delicious breakfasts, lunch, dinner or go for just drinks and appetizers. You can also rent fishing poles & fish right off the pier – no fishing license is required.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ocean view, flat screen TV, closet and private master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, TV, closet and an adjoining bath. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishware and cookware. The living room, with its comfortable large sofa and chairs/recliners, provides a nice conversation or TV viewing area. There are coin-operated washers/dryers on the 2nd, 4th and 7th floors that guests may use.

Sunglow Resort offers a variety of activities, including a heated swimming pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi. There is a large sun deck with lounge chairs around the pool and hot tub. There is also a common picnic area with charcoal BBQ grills for your use.

An amazing stay and owner

The unit was absolutely beautiful and spacious enough for family. The kitchen was up to date on all appliances making it easy to have meals in the room. We really enjoyed staying here. The place was sparkling clean and our host was very nice, a good communicator and hospitable. The views are gorgeous! We had a family of 6 and there was plenty of space. There were also beach toys, etc. available for us to use. Barbara called us to inform us of things ahead of time and we greatly appreciated her honesty and integrity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great 8th floor view from the balcony . Spacious and clean plus well stocked with everything you will need. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Construction going on so pool was closed but still could access the beach area . Highly recommend this beachfront condo! Definitely be back.

Perfect place for a beach vacation

This condo is the perfect spot on Daytona Shores. Beach front balcony was a great place to enjoy the view when we weren’t able to be on the beach due to the weather. This condo has everything you need. Condo was clean upon arrival. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. Kitchen is stocked should you wish to cook meals. Having the kitchen and family room open to the balcony allows for unobstructed ocean views. Excellent communication with the owner. Hope to return in the future.

Very nice Condo on the Beach

This condo is beautifully decorated especially the murals on the ceilings. We had a wonderful stay right on the beach. Went to Crabby Joe's for a wonderful dinner on the pier right next to the condo. The only disappointment was the heated pool and hot tub were not working the entire week we were there. We were really looking forward to the hot tub this time of the year since the ocean is a bit cool and the morning and evenings are cool. But, overall it is a wonderful condo and would definitely go back. Definitely recommend. The owner was very easy to work with.

Pros: *Nice, spacious condo with beautiful ocean front view and balcony. *Full kitchen and comfortable living room. Nice for entertaining friends. *secure building *nice pool area *Convenient to the fishing pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant- steps outside our door- and also to other restaurants and activities around us. *Easy check out Suggestions: *We received no email prior to our week with check in directions, etc. *No visible sign in the front, so it was tricky to find it upon arrival. *Shortly before our trip, I sent an email asking about a few items as I packed. I received a short, vague email back. When we arrived, we had to go out and buy some unexpected basics for the week like toilet paper and trash bags. In our previous rentals (around the country) we've have never had to purchase these items before. We expected these basics in the price of the rental, as would be in a hotel.

Ocean front with fantastic painted ceilings

This was like living inside a work of art. Marble floors and walls in the bathrooms, quality furnishings, ocean front right next to a fishing pier with local restaurant. Far enough from tourists to be less crowded. Can't wait to come back.
