Our Villa overlooks the bay of Roses and it is located in a small residential village 7 minutes away from downtown Roses its beaches, entertainment, restaurants.
Very modern, the 150 m2 air-conditioned villa is surrounded by a wooded parkland, fenced in and maintained by a gardener
South oriented, facing the sea and the terraces. the open-plan kitchen (with a dining room in the patio) is very well equipped and opens to the terraces that have garden table and chairs.
The villa also has a summer kitchen with barbecue, garden table, and chairs.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil mit schönem Garten und schönen großem Pool. Wir (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) fühlten uns in dem Haus rundum wohl. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten einfach wunderschön mit viel Liebe zum Detail, perfekt zum entspannen. Das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet, ein echtes Highlight ist die offene Küche mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer - da macht Kochen richtig Spaß. Richard war jederzeit erreichbar uns sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren 3 wöchigen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus für 2-3 Autos sind vorhanden. Angenehm empfanden wir die Klimatisierten Räume. Die Terrasse mit viel Platz und die schöne Außenküche, mit verschiedenen Grillmöglichkeiten (Holzkohle, Elektro-Grill, Gasplatten) luden zum Verweilen ein. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst eine Außentoilette, sowie eine Außendusche sind vorhanden.Die Entfernung zum Einkaufen(Lidl, Ali, Mercadona) beträgt ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles gut erreichbar. Tankstelle in der Nähe.Vielen Dank an Richard und seiner Frau Corinne für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft - wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in eurem Haus verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!

Heerlijke plek om vakantie te vieren

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit volledig uitgeruste huis in een rustige, mooie omgeving. Genoten van het zwembad en vooral ook van de buitenkeuken. Het enige minpuntje was dat de bedden een beetje klein waren

Très belle semaine dans la villa de Richard. Excellent accueil et Etat impeccable. Nous avons apprécié la belle et grande piscine. Villa très bien équipée, air conditionné partout, cuisine d'été très agréable. Excellent contact avec les propriétaires.

Alles bestens

Alles war genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool hat uns ganz besonders gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Auf dem großen Fernseher konnten wir wunderbar Olympia genießen.😉 Kleine Einschränkung war die Größe der Doppelbetten, aber ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Spanien Urlaub Juli 2023

Wie soll ich den Aufenthalt nur beschreiben ?!? Meine Frau und ich waren zu Gast in der wunderschönen Finca von Richard und seiner Frau. Das Haus ist atemberaubend schön, die Küche ist ein Traum und der Pool lädt jeden Tag zum schwimmen ein. Am Abend kann man die wundervolle Beleuchtung des Grundstückes genießen. Am Tage sieht man die Stadt Roses und das Meer von der Terrasse aus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Zum wunderschönen Strand nach Roses muss man nur wenige Autominuten fahren. Dieses Haus ist die perfekte Ausgangslage für einen tollen Urlaub. Wir können uns nur sehr bei Richard und seiner Frau bedanken. Es lief alles problemlos ab und Richard stand immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Es war einfach ein toller Urlaub der nur positive Eindrücke hinterlassen hat. @ Richard : noch einmal vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub , hoffentlich sehen wir uns mal wieder. Tolles Haus - hält absolut, was das Inserat verspricht

This house is a real home with everything you could need, including a fabulous outside kitchen cabana, in a stunning setting with a wonderful pool and a truly calm zen vibe in the garden. The hosts were very helpful, kind and friendly- could not have asked for more.

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa von Richard und seiner Frau verbracht. Der Zustand und die Ausstattung sind beispielhaft und die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Die gepflegte und liebevoll gestaltete Außenanlage lädt am Tag sowie am Abend zum Verweilen ein und wird durch die Beleuchtung perfekt in Szene gesetzt. Nicht zuletzt die Sauberkeit und der nette Kontakt zu Richard und seiner Frau sorgen für einen bleibenden Eindruck. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub!

Une maison incroyable, belle, bien équipée, toutes les finitions et équipements sont impeccables. Une cuisine d'été, des coins ombragés sur la terrasse ou bien a l'ombre d'un olivier, parfait pour l'apéro Les hôtes sont très accueillants, très sympathiques, prévenants et réactifs A quelques minutes de Figueres (musée Dali), Cadaques, Sant Pere de Roses L'agrément du sejour a largement dépassé nos attentes Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus, pensez juste a la crème solaire et de bonnes protections anti-moustiques

Der Traumurlaub im perfekten Haus

Richard, Du hast das perfekte Haus für einen Traumurlaub. Hier stimmt von A-Z alles. Wir haben uns von der ersten Stunde an erholt, alles Notwendige war da, so dass die Erholung sofort einsetzte. Top-Ausstattung, mega-toller Pool ohne Chlor(!) mit gigantischer Außendusche unter dem Olivenbaum. Die Außenküche ist bei diesem Klima Gold wert. Ob Tischtennisplatte, Boule-Bahn oder der nahegelegene kostenfreie Tennisplatz,- als Sportbegeisterte kamen wir voll auf unsere Kosten. Das Nachtambiente mit dem perfekt angestrahlten Gartenelementen begeisterte uns jeden Tag. Der kleine Fischteich mit den 5 Fröschen lud uns jeden Tag am Pool zum Zuschauen ein. Einen freundlicheren Gastgeber kann man sich nicht vorstellen,. Richard, ich hoffe, Du hast immer Glück mit Deinen Gästen, das sie das perfekte Haus so verlassen, wie sie es angetroffen haben. Tolles Haus - Erholung pur!

Wir haben zwei tolle und sehr entspannte Wochen in dem Domizil von Richard und seiner Frau verbracht. Das Haus ist erstklassig ausgestattet (z. B. 2 vollwertige und umfangreich ausgestattete Küchen und vieles mehr), es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Vacances ensoleillées er reposantes

Magnifique villa avec toutes les commodités pour passer de bonnes vacances reposantes. Toutes les commodités sont à porter proche de voiture comme les plages de Roses et Cadaques. Piscine extrêmement agréable en journée et le soir puisque très bien éclairée.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Richard und seiner Frau empfangen. Sie haben uns alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind klein aber zweckmäßig. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich vorstellen kann und läßt nichts vermissen. Ebenso die Außenküche ist toll. Der Tisch, der auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, wurde durch einen wesentlich Größeren ausgetauscht. Wir hatten mit 9 Personen reichlich Platz daran. Die Außenanlage läßt sich nur mit einem Wort beschreiben: TRAUMHAFT. Hier läßt es sich aushalten, wenn mal kein Strand eingeplant ist. Der Pool ist beleuchtet und sehr groß und nach hinten tief. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Das Grundstück ist ganze ruhig gelegen in einer sehr gepflegten und sicheren Gegend. Schnell ist man in Roses und Empuriabrava. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub.

perfektes Haus für traumhaften Urlaub

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern gezeigt! Die Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier in einem wunderschönen Garten. Der Pool-Bereich mit Aussenküche und Tischtennis lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr grosse und moderne Küche. Alles ist bestens ausgestattet. Nebst dem grossen Wohnzimmer verfügt das Haus über vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Richard und seine Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber. Man spürt, dass sie das Haus nur in den Ferienzeit vermieten und es sonst selber bewohnen. Alles ist in perfekten Zustand und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns für zwei Wochen rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank Richard!
