This elegant apartment of 80 m2 is on the third floor of a building in the historic center of Toscolano, Lake Garda; the property is fully furnished, attention to detail and equipped with every comfort, including: air conditioning and central heating, kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave, living area, which opens onto a large terrace, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine and two bedrooms; the living room is also equipped with a fireplace, especially pleasant in winter. From the terrace, particularly large, you can enjoy a lovely view of the mountains surrounding the lake and the garden of the house. The apartment also has a large private parking and a communal garden. The lake, the main attractions and beaches are located just a few meters, as well as the stop of ferries and boats, thanks to which you will be able to easily reach several other destinations on the lake.

Moth balls

Unless you bring your own bedding and towels prepare to sleep in moth ball bedding the owner thinks it’s satisfactory to allow guests to rough it we only stayed 2 of our 5 nights we were worried about our children breathing in the fumes of moth ball in this haunted house

Einfach super!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der schönen Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht! Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut, absolute Empfehlung. Auch die Übergabe durch Daniela war unproblematisch.

Schöner Urlaub

Der Empfang von Daniela vor Ort war perfekt. Auch war der Vater der Eigentümer Silvia bei der Anreise sehr nett. Leider war jedoch die vorherige Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin etwas schleppend, wenn man Fragen hätte. Man müsste immer nachhaken. Die Wohnung und die Lage waren wirklich grandios. Leider ist die Terrasse sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Hier könnte man wirklich traumhaft gestalten. Auch war die Plastikgarnitur im Gegensatz zur restlichen Wohnung leider überhaupt nicht schön. Ordentlich sitzen konnte man nicht. Auch gab es auf dieser wunderschönen Terrasse keine Liegemöglichkeiten. Das war sehr schade. In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir einen undichten Abfluss. Vom Prinzip her nichts schlimmes. Wir haben immer die Behältnisse geleert und die Eigentümerin selbstverständlich informiert. Auch waren wir anwesend, als 2 x Handwerker kamen. Das ist für uns selbstverständlich. Was ist jedoch mehr als enttäuschend ist, dass die Eigentümerin leider auf meine Anfragen für nächstes Jahr mehr reagiert. Weder über FeWo noch über WhatsApp. Das ist für mich ein absolutes Unding und in keinster Form kundenorientiert. Zudem ist die Wohnungen im Preis um 1000 Euro gestiegen. Das ist zudem enorm.

Traumhaft schön

Wirklich ein Traum. Wir waren bereits zum 2.Mal dort und und es war wieder wunderschön. Die Wohnung mit der herrlichen Dachterasse war unser Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Schiff rund um den Gardasee. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und der sehr nette Kontakt zu Daniela und Silvia ist hervorzuheben. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung.

Wohlfühlen als wäre man zuhause

Wunderschöne, großzügig und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung in optimaler Lage von Maderno. Alles ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sofort heimisch und nicht wie in einer „Ferienunterkunft“. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt und vielleicht eine Anregung an die Vermieterin sind die doch sehr einfachen Plastikmöbel und unbequemen Liegestühle auf der schönen, sehr großen Dachterrasse.

Excellent accommodations in a terrific location

The flat is top notch with a view of the lake from one balcony and of the mountains from the large terrace. Maderno turned out to be a perfect base on Lake Garda. It is charming but, without a "big name draw", is less crowded than other towns on the lake.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Maderno

Die Ferienwohnung in Maderno ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Sämtliche Angaben und Fotos im Inserat waren genau und richtig. Die Buchung und Übernahme verlief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt eine wunderbare grosse Dachterrasse, einen schönen Balkon sowie einen Parkplatz. Der See, zwei Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafes, sind fussläufig in direkter Nähe zu erreichen. Bäcker gibt es quasi nebenan. Die Übernahme der Wohnung war hervorragend. Unser Dank geht nochmals an Silvia. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wirklich schöner Ort am Gardasee

Absolut verlässliche Person vor Ort für Empfang und alle weiteren Fragen - danke Daniela! Vom Parkplatz im Olivenhain bis zur geschmackvollen Einrichtung des Appartements kann ich diesen authentischen, untouristischen Ort sehr empfehlen. Allen früheren begeisterten Berichten können wir uns nur anschließen! (Hinweis: der schöne Kamin ist leider nicht benutzbar. Würde ich der Wohnungsbeschreibung hinzufügen, denn das hätte ich gern vorher gewusst).

Toller Platz für eine wunderbare Auszeit!

Genau richtig

Wir waren Ende September dort. Die Wohnung war genau richtig. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben. War sehr sauber und mit Allem bestückt was man so brauchen kann. Die Einführung durch Daniela lief auf Englisch und war sehr angenehm. Silvia als Gastgeberin war auch jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Einkaufen, gute Restaurants, der See und die Personen- , bzw. Autofähre ist alles innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge ist es super. Das Örtchen an sich ist eher von der ruhigen Sorte, was uns gerade recht kam. Alles in Allem ein runder, sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt für uns.

Wir sind begeistert! Eine tolle, gemütliche und sehr gepflegte Wohnung.Wir konnten den ganzen Urlaub das Auto stehen lassen, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar war.Die Treppen sind zwar heftig, aber so kommt man noch zu etwas Fitness.Wir kommen sicher wieder! +Wünschen würden wir uns einen Wasserkocher +Die Besuchermappe auf deutsch wäre toll +Für die Nachsaison wären etwas dickere Bettdecken angenehm

Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Das Appartement war für uns optimal gelegen. Direkt von der Türe aus konnten wir in die Berge loswandern oder an den See laufen. Wir haben die wunderbare Terrasse voll genutzt und genießen können. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgesprochen angenehm auf Deutsch und immer sehr schnell, hilfreich und zuverlässig. DANKE.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Ich kann mich den Bewertungen nur anschließen. Silvia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, mit der die Kommunikation auch sehr gut funktioniert und die bemüht ist, kleine Probleme schnell zu lösen.. Empfangen wird man von Daniela, einer netten jungen Frau, die die Einweisung übernimmt und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit ist. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung standen schon gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank und es gab für die Nespressomaschine eine Packung Kapseln. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und die Lage ist super. Man wohnt sehr zentral, es ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Anfahrt aus Torri mit der Fähre ist super. Da beginnt der Urlaub. Man kann mit dem Bus oder der Fähre alle Orte gut erreichen und lässt das Auto am besten stehen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Meine einziges Manko sind die Matratzen der Einzelbetten. Die sind wirklich nicht bequem.

Tolle Kommunikation der Eigentümerin und Betreuerin, super Lage (mit Parkplatz), sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber! Einziges Manko: Die zwei Einzelbetten sind recht schmal, unkomfortabel und quietschen. Trotzdem: Gerne noch einmal!
