Casa molto bella immersa nella natura! La host gentilissima e pronta a risolvere ogni possibile problematica. Unico appunto è che per arrivare all’abitazione c’è una salita molto ripida difficile da fare con macchine cariche

Un’oasi di pace

La casa di Valeria è una vera meraviglia, molto curata nell’arredamento e nelle forniture. Completa di tutto, sia come stoviglie che come attrezzature per godersi gli spazi esterni. Dotata di due terrazze che si affacciano sul mare e su un tramonto mozzafiato. È una vera casa Carlofortina, immersa nel verde e nel silenzio. Dista circa 15 minuti di macchina dal paese. Va detto per completezza che la strada per accedere è piuttosto ripida e stretta, ma fattibile una volta prese le misure. Valeria è stata precisa e disponibile in ogni passaggio della prenotazione, anche per fornire qualche dettaglio pratico al nostro arrivo. Per gli amanti di questa splendida isola consiglio vivamente questa casa, dove tornerò sicuramente 😊.

La casa è situata in una posizione magnifica, circondata dal verde e con vista mare e belllissimi tramonti ogni sera! La casa è molto ben attrezzata, e dista 8 minuti di auto dal centro di Carloforte.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus

Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht von der Terasse aufs Meer. Unkomplizierte und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumurlaub im Niemandsland

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar, wir haben uns rundum sehr gut versorgt gefühlt. Das Haus ist optimal eingerichtet und mit weitaus mehr "bestückt" als üblich. Wir spürten, dass dieses Haus sehr überlegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail geführt wird. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war grandios und verlief auch im "Notfall" sehr schnell und reibungslos. Während unseres Urlaubs war die Zisterne erschöpft und innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde Wasser aufgefüllt und das am Wochenende in Italien :-)))). Wir würden jederzeit wieder im schönen "Niemandsland" von San Pietro unseren Urlaub verbringen und wenn,dann wieder genau in diesem tollen Haus von Valeria!!!
