Gas central heating, electric oven with hob and grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cafetiere, WiFi, bed linen and towels provided (beach towels not supplied), travel cot (please bring your own cot bedding), high chair, 0.5 miles from the coast, 0.5 miles from the nearest pub, lockable storage shed, outside tap, summer house, enclosed garden and terrace, off road parking for 2 cars, no smoking, weekly changeover day is Saturday, pet free, supermarket delivery, refundable security deposit.
