Vorsicht!Sehr schöne FEWO, die der Beschreibung auch entspricht.Das Portal FeWo-Direkt / Vrbo ist als Ansprechpartner bei Problemen mit dem Vermieter sehr kooperativ.Unseres Erachtens ist der Vermieter der FeWo unseriös.Sachverhalte:Nach Buchung und Anzahlung fordert der Vermieter:Zusätzliche Kautionsschecks über 500 und 50 .(über die schon vorhandene 500 Kaution der Kreditkarte hinaus)Zusätzlichen Abschluss einer Versicherung über Mietsachschäden.Bei unserer Ankunft:War der Lichtschalter für die Wohnzimmer Lampe kaputt.Nach ein paar Tagen war die Türverriegelung für die Balkonschiebetüre lose.Bei einem Küchenmesser ist der Griff beim Käseschneiden zerbröselt.Bei erstmaliger Benutzung der Balkonliege ist der verschlissene Stoff an den Nähten eingerissen.Der Schalter des Wasserkochers ist nach einer Woche kaputt gegangen.Begründung:Jetzt kündigt der Vermieter an, meine Kreditkart mit 90 für das kaputte Küchenmesser und die eingerissene Balkonliege von meiner Kreditkarte abzubuchen.

Bel appartement

Une très belle semaine à Bandol dans cet appartement très bien situé. Il est spacieux, lumineux et bien agencé. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et flexibles pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Bref, une adresse à retenir.

Vacances lumineuses

Le descriptif est conforme à la réalité. Nous avons déjà loué deux fois cette appartement et nos séjours se sont très bien déroulés. Pas de mauvaise surprise. La plage est accessible très rapidement. Du fait, le matin regarder le soleil se lever, est un vrai bonheur avec toutes ces couleurs. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement. Les relations avec le propriétaire se passent bien.

superbe appartement avec toutes les options.trés calme.et la mer a portée de main.franchement rien a dire que du bonheur. de belles balades a pied le soir animations centre ville .propriétaires super sympa. vous pouvez passer un séjours sans aucune hesitation. et tout et fourni au niveau bonnes adresses et sorties autour de Bandol dans l'appartement.un très bon séjour pour les prochains.

superbe

Nous avons passé deux séjours de 15 jours dans cet appartement qui est superbement situé, très propre et bien aménagé. Bandol est une station très agréable et très vivante. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Je vous recommande cet appartement pour passer un agréable séjour.
