Apartment Antonia is a beautiful spacious three bedroom duplex apartment with a large outside area (150m2) and a large private pool (50m2) - you have more indoor and outdoor space than most villas. The property is right in the centre of town with all the fantastic roof terrace and harbour side restaurants and shops a couple of minutes walk away, while still having the privacy of a private pool which is completely secluded and plenty of outdoor space overlooking the sea. If you fancy staying in, can enjoy the evening warmth at home with a traditional stone built BBQ with outdoor dining area for 8 and a sofa/seating area for after dinner drinks. There is also an additional private balcony garden area at the front of the property with a seating area. The living/dining/kitchen area is also huge, 100m2 open plan living with plenty of space for you and your family/guests to relax. There is indoor dining space for 8 and the apartment sleeps 6 with one King (ensuite), one queen and one twin bedroom (shared bathroom). The apartment has been finished to a high spec with Bosch white goods and a Bowes and Wilkins hifi. The property has free wifi throughout. In terms of location, you couldn't get much better, one minutes walk from the weekly market, close to the supermarket and a couple of minutes from the buzzing town. We would love to welcome you to our home from home and for you to enjoy all that magical Kalkan has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well located apartment in Kalkan. The interior is bright, clean and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home. The pool area is equally spacious, and eating al fresco felt very private and relaxed.The location is excellent-close enough to walk into the old town, restaurants and the harbour, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet.The property manager Erkan was welcoming and attentive to our needs.Overall this apartment is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, space, and great proximity to Kalkan old town.

We had a perfect holiday in Kalkan. The apartment is central so we loved being able to walk everywhere but it was so quiet too. Really a perfect combination. The apartment is very clean and spacious and has everything you need. We all loved the holiday so much. Kalkan is beautiful. The most beautiful sea for swimming, amazing Lycian ruins, Saklikent gorges, the most delicious fruit and vegetables. I could go on and on! Erkan was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

A really lovely property, the pictures on the site don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was excellent. Incredibly clean and the decor was fabulous. The outside area was definitely a bonus, a large pool and a fabulous space to eat and relax. I would definitely return. Erkan looked after us so well, if you had a problem he would come over and resolve it within minutes.

Excellent location close to shops bars and numerous restaurants. Beautifully furnished with great Bosch appliances in the kitchen. The outside very large area was marvellous with a pool to die for. Erkan who manages the apartment, was so very helpful and arranged a boat trip, booked restaurants and arranged taxis. Nothing was a problem. We were very well looked after and the owner, Antonia was in touch before during and after to ensure our stay was what we hoped for. We would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous apartment and location

This is a beautiful spacious apartment with a lovely pool. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living space. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron and board., TV etc. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The outdoor area is spacious and the pool is fabulous. Although an apartment it felt very private. The apartment is in a very good location close to restaurants and supermarket, with only about a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Harbour. I would definitely book this apartment again. The booking process was quick and easy and communication with Antonia the owner was good. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Apartment Antonia is amazingly spacious and well-presented. The apartment is situated within easy walking distance of bars, shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach or to the harbour. Everything is spotless and great care has been taken to ensure that everything you could want is available. The infinity pool is large for an apartment of this size and there is masses of outside space as well as having spacious living area. Kalkan itself is busy and friendly with plenty of lovely places to eat and drink. For the fitness-conscious, there are some good, relatively flat runs, a gym nearby and a tennis court a short taxi drive away. We ate in some fabulous restaurants with Mahal Beach Club at night an absolute highlight - perhaps the most romantic location for dinner ever! Gironda, the Fish Terrace and Baharat were also wonderful. Can't recommend it highly enough and we'll definitely be back next year!

Amazing hols

The property was clean and modern and well equipped. The pool is great for lengths but only one depth so not good for very young children. It was very well maintained and great outside space to sun bath with comfy beds (but we lost the sun at 5pm ish so no sunset, evening sun or views ) Erkan was brilliant, friendly and very quick to respond to all our queries and he gave us great local recommendations for restaurants and activities. He was a great contact to have. We could easily walk into town but it was very steep on the way back. We loved Kalkan as it was vibrant and picturesque with so many restaurants with such friendly local people. Our favourite beach was Patara so would recommend as only 15 mins away and definitely go on a boat trip. There is lots to do and we are leaving wanting more. Thank you Antonia

Apartment Antonia was a fantastic find for us, we love everything about Kalkan, the people, the ambience and the amazing food on offer in all the restaurants. We have struggled to find something in the past with the facilities this apartment has to offer that was reasonably priced for a couple on their own to rent. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. For us the highlight was the outside space (cleaned early every morning) which was peaceful and secluded with comfortable sunbeds, seating and the large private pool which was more like a villa space than that of an apartment. Erkan the manager introduced himself at the start of the holiday and was available for us if needed. The position of the villa was a 10 minute walk downhill to the start of the centre of the Old Town with all the restaurants and shops. We walked down every evening to wander round beautiful Kalkan ending up at the harbour and returned uphill in a taxi which cost about £3 (a bargain if you are not great at walking uphill!). Antonia was responsive and helpful throughout the booking and during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely be back.

Perfect apartment in beautiful Kalkan

We have just returned from an amazing two weeks in Kalkan, staying at the Apartment Antonia. We loved it so much that we booked for next year even before we left! Apartment Antonia is a fabulous duplex apartment, with it's own large private pool and unbelievable indoor and outdoor space (more like a villa!). The apartment is spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped and the location is perfect. Although very close to the town, we still felt we had privacy and peace, yet within a couple of minutes we could be at the local supermarket/restaurants. Antonia (the apartment's owner) kept in contact with me throughout the holiday by email, checking all was going well and the apartment manager, Erkan, was full of local knowledge and was at hand to help and advise when asked. In fact, he organised an amazing private boat trip for our party of six adults on the boat called the Eclipse, a full day out from 10.30 - 17.30, with hot lunch on board for just over £40 a head (a day we will never forget!). Apartment Antonia is just a short walk from the main town, where you will find the most fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. We ate out most nights and I can honestly say that we did not have one bad meal! The Turkish people are so welcoming in Kalkan and what we all liked was that we didn't feel harassed. I want to thank Antonia and Erkan for enabling us to have the most perfect holiday, one that the six of us are looking to repeat next July!

What an amazing apartment & location.

In September 2016 we stayed for 10 days at Apartment Antonia and loved it that much we came back in October 2017. Once again Apartment Antonia did not disappoint us. It is such as great apartment, extremely spacious and is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The outside space is huge and the outside furniture is more than adequate. The pool is fantastic and it is so much more convenient having a private pool to yourselves. The property is exceptionally clean and bedding changed regularly. The pool man comes daily and hoses down the outside space in the evening. The apartment is conveniently located for the town. We went to the beach clubs via water taxi a couple of times. We would thoroughly recommend The Mahal beach club, it is so peaceful there and the food is delicious. We enjoyed some lovely meals out visiting Papirka for a delicious chateaubriand, fantastic steaks at Sade and a delicious Turkish dish of meatballs at the Small House. We visited a few more restaurants and were not disappointed at all. The choice of restaurants and standard of food is very good. Kalkan is such a magical place, the people are so friendly and there is so much to do you are spoilt for choice. The owner was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend Apartment Antonia as it is stunning. We long to return and have already booked for May 2018.

Stunning apartment and fabulous holiday

"WOW" pretty much sums up this apartment and Kalkan itself, firstly though it seems wrong to call it an apartment as it is so big, everything in the apartment is high end and finished to a very high standard, everything is well thought out and what is really good is little things have been thought of, eg,there are good full size hairdryers in every room and more than enough adaptor plugs, which saved so much when packing to go away.The apartment is very spacious, bright and airy, has an excellent music system, apple tv and the Nespresso machine a bonus for those early morning coffees out by the pool. You cannot fail to be impressed by the size of the outside space, ideal for outside living and the pool is so much bigger than expected ,can actually swim lengths in it. The apartment is in a perfect location for a leisurely walk into the old town of Kalkan with plenty of bars and eateries to check out on the way down- the old cobbled streets of the town are so pretty, especially in the evening, there is a huge choice of restaurants and bars both in the pretty streets and the harbour itself, we ate out every night and we were not disappointed once. we spent a day on a boat trip on the Sea Bella Junior - 10.301m-5.30pm, this was just fantastic, we paid extra to have the boat to ourselves (4 persons) boat can hold 12 and we paid approx £45 each which included swimming in the most 4 amazing bays where we swam with fish and we had a hot lunch of traditional Turkish food all cooked fresh on board and then late afternoon a fruit platter and a superb chocolate cake, again cooked from scratch on board. Arranged for a chap called Dimitris to come to the apartment for a massage out by the pool- heaven - again very reasonable 90 TL for 30 mins, worth every penny. We had a lot of help from the apartments maintenance manager called Erkan, nothing was too much trouble for him, from bringing us a new bottle of water for the water butt whenever we asked to organising our boat trip but he does so much more, i even text him a shopping list for when we arrived as had a night flight and it was all in the apartment waiting for us. The only negative thing was having to leave!!

We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children (aged 9 and 12) and stayed for 2 very enjoyable weeks. The villa was perfect, spotless, spacious and well appointed with high end accessories. Location is great, just a few minutes walk down hill into the town where there are so many lovely restaurants it's difficult to decide where to go. The walk back up the hill after a few drinks and a warm evening proved a bit much for some of us at times but a taxi cost less than £2 and were easy to find. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for next year.....roll on 2019.

Lovely holiday in Apartment Antonia

We've just returned from wonderful Kalkan and our stay in Apartment Antonia. This was our 6th visit and over the years we've stayed in both villas and hotels. We found Antonia to be extremely spacious & well equipped with lovely furnishings, more than enough room for four of us to stay in comfort. The pool is large, not deep but plenty of room to swim and ideal for both adults and children. Outside there's a huge patio area with outside dining for 6, sunloungers and a lovely seating area ideal for reading or chilling with a nice glass of wine in the evenings. We didn't eat in much or use the BBQ as eating out is such good value in Kalkan but certainly we had everything we needed if we had catered for ourselves. The apartment is in an excellent location just a few steps from Migros, The Junction, Suleyman's (one of our favourites) and loads of good eateries just down the hill. We did walk into town most days, only 10 mins downhill to the centre and some fabulous restaurants. We found the walk back up the hill manageable but taxis are abundant and very reasonable if preferred. We really enjoyed our stay here. Antonia was on hand to deal with any queries and the property manager, Erkan responded quickly whenever we needed him. We would book this apartment again & happy to recommend to those looking for a luxury, modern base close to town.

What you see on the photos is exactly what you get! Such a clean, well designed apartment.

Our 4th time to Kalkan and this has been our best accommodation so far. Everything you could possibly need is there, the Nespresso machine was a treat. The rooms are beautiful with lovely finishing, the bathrooms are a great size too. The indoor seating is comfortable, the children watched dvds when it was too hot. We only used the outdoor dining area during our stay but the indoor dining table is huge. The infinity pool is a great size and is well maintained during your stay. If you did want to cook or BBQ everything you need is there and the frozen ice blocks are perfect for evening G & Ts! Antonia Apartment is right by the start of the market so it's a short walk down into town and located near some great locals (Coriander and right across the road is the newly opened The Junction - great quesadillas!) Migros is a very short walk to pick up fresh bread etc and also handy for a market day kebab! We slipped into a very relaxed routine - lounging around the pool, going to the Beach Club or going on the day boat Seabella which keeps everyone happy with swimming, snorkelling or just relaxing. We went on Seabella Junior for a night trip too, the BBQ and salads were amazing and Denyson and his mum are fantastic (year on year). Erkan organised this for us, he's great! Really friendly and helpful, he was in touch with us before we left England and he checks on you throughout by visiting or by WhatsApp. Everyone has their different favourites when visiting Kalkan but in case you haven't tried these then give them a go: Restaurants - Sade, Kosk, Baharat, Seaport, Paprika, Isos Kitchen and it's definitely worth a taxi to The Brothers (next to Elixir Hotel) Bars - Botanic, Black and Gold and of course Moonlight or Lime for the football! Visiting Kalkan feels like coming home that first time you walk into town and the restaurant staff recognise you! When it's such a beautiful place with friendly people and amazing food why risk a holiday anywhere else? That's why we're doing it again next year and what better place than Antonia! When you've got children you have a great holiday if they're happy, and they can't wait to go again! Thanks Antonia and the team PS whoever left 'The Kind Worth Killing' that was a great read! Fabulous!

Loved the apartment, very spacious and everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic for swimming and perfect for cooling off in the hot weather. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to Kalkan Old Town which has cobbled streets where cars are not allowed in the evenings so the experience of roof-top dining can be enjoyed to the full. Also, thoroughly recommend at least one boat trip. There are numerous interesting tours to book if you wish to be more active than we did. Many thanks to Antonia for her help in arranging the holiday and to Erkan, the apartment manager, who was equally keen that we had everything we needed as well as being on hand for any local advice. Very happy to recommend this apartment to everyone.

Stayed for 2 weeks in July at Apartment Antonia. A really beautiful, modern apartment with a huge amount of space. It has everything you need - a large pool to swim in, lots of comfy sun beds and the kitchen is really well equipped (even has a Nespresso coffee machine and juicer). There are two large dining areas - one indoor, one outside - and a big stone BBQ. The apartment is managed by Erkan Akedemir of Premier Villas. Erkan is very helpful - he can organise anything you need from cars to boat trips to airport transfers. The outside area is also washed down and tidied up every evening. A really professional and efficient service. Kalkan is a lovely town with lots of different restaurants and bars to choose from - either down on the harbour or further up in town on beautiful roof top terraces. Great food and wine and all very reasonably priced. Taxis are very cheap so no need to hire a car. I highly recommend Apartment Antonia and Kalkan for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

High end, great pool and perfect location!

Apartment Antonia is a very large apartment (much bigger than I expected) finished to an exceptionally high standard. It is fully setup with everything from full TV channels including Sky Sports to Music system. The outside space is massive too with a proper pool that you can actually swim laps in. There is loads of high quality furniture inside and out to make the most of the apartment. It is also quiet and I really had a nice relaxing break. The location couldn't be better! It is 1 minute to the nearest restaurant and only 4-5mintues into the middle of the old town. When I revisit Kalkan I will definitely be booking Apartment Antonia again and I have already recommended it to my family and friends!

5 days of heaven

The apartment is stunning and has everything you could want. There is plenty of space and the pool is fantastic. It is ideally located within a couple of minutes of everything. There is a supermarket 15 seconds away where you can get everything you need and amazing restaurants are under a minutes stroll away. It is a 5 minutes walk to old town. I cannot wait to return again.

Weeks break

Apartment Antonia,is superb.The apartment is situated at the beginning of Kalkan it is very large the pictures do not do it justice.All the amenities Were of top standard even an Nespresso machine.Abundent towels linen of excellent quality too.The pool was super not deep but well maintained. The furnishings Were of a very high quality with abundant outside furniture. Erkan looked after us so well ,booking restaurant s and even a private boat for the day. We normally stay in Kas but loved our week in Kalkan visiting the Palm beach club ,Sade restaurant.We loved the BBQ it's very large ,we catered for eleven one night and the apartment did not feel overcrowded. The position is so close to the Migros which was so beneficial as we cooked in often.we never had to taxi back up from town as we enjoyed the exercise! Antonia thanks for helping us out with the TV ,your apartment is highly recommended it's in a busy spot but cleverly designed so you have your privacy. A special commendation to Erkan who went out of his way to ensure everyone had a fab holiday.
