Sundial B306--Direct Beachview, Newly Renovated, Steps to Beach


Newly renovated Sundial B306 unit Sunsanibel has a direct oceanview complete with sliding glass doors to screened lanai that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. B306 was completely renovated and refurnished in 2025 with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, plank tile throughout (no carpeting). Furnishings replaced in 2025 Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 smart TVs, free wifi, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, & wagon for the beach, beach toys, games, books, etc. High chair available for our younger guests. Keyless entry--no running around to pick-up keys! Pool open and all construction completed.

More favorable rates are weekly Sat. to Sat. This is a separate property from the adjoining Sundial Resort and rates are significantly lower.

Also available is B307, 1-bedroom (sleeps 4)--next door VRBO #79271 and Sundial F401,2-bedroom/2 bath, beachfront with wrap around balcony VRBO #200967.

The Sundial offers, 1/2 mi. of uncrowded beach, condo pool, BBQ grills, free wireless internet, and shuffleboard . Available to the public at the adjoining, separate Sundial Resort are the restaurant, tiki bar, pizza kitchen, restaurants, convenience store, tennis & pickleball (fee), spa services. Our entire stay was wonderful!

We had a fabulous five days staying here. The condo was cleaner than we could have imagined and had everything we needed for a wonderful beach getaway. Candy was available for anything we needed and it made our whole stay very enjoying. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Sanibel Island property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and bike trails.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the screened-in porch for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Great location, view of beach and cleanliness. Property remains under repair with elevator and pool still out of operation however no issue as the beach was perfect to cool in and the stairs offered good exercise. Very nice and memorable week.

Great place to relax

My wife and I enjoyed a week here in mid September. The condo was awesome and had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. This was off season and Covid but many of the restaurants were open and provided great service. The beach is fantastic and not crowded at all this time of year. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to go back.

Amazing stay for small kids

The condo was extremely kid-friendly (i.e. didn't feel like we were going to break things, and didn't!)! Also steps away from the beach and pool, so very easy for us to cart our kids back and forth. Candy was a great and responsive host.

Location ideal for beach access; bike paths; close to restaurants and food store; the unit is well appointed with quality appointments and good taste. The view of the ocean is complemented with tall palm trees giving an exotic scenery

Good location to pool and beach. Older property but landscaping is kept nice. Pool was kind of small for all the buildings that used it. Beach was beautiful and had lots of shells!

Lovely condo, very comfortable and steps from the beautiful sands of Sanibel. Everything you need for a great family trip. Candy was very responsive and accommodating. Took off one star for cleanliness because I am picky, there were crumbs on the countertop and the tub didn't drain properly, maybe needs some attention. Wouldn't stop me from booking again! Wonderful stay! Thank you!

I am a retired teacher and am currently a realtor in Michigan. My primary residence in Rochester Hills, Michigan, but I am grateful to spend the winters on Sanibel Island. My son started coming to the Sundial when he was 7 and continues to enjoy it with his family today. I have served on a panel at the Homeaway Summit (VRBO) in 2015 as an expert host. Hurricane Ian in 2022 dealt quite a blow, but I am pleased to announced reopening in February, 2025.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed at the Sundial for several years before we made the plunge to buy a condo. We owned a great 2-bedroom, but had the opportunity to buy B306 close to the beach and we jumped at the chance. We also own the 1-bedroom next door B307 and another 2-bedroom/2 bath Sundial F401. We have had many happy family memories at the Sundial. My grandchildren are now enjoying and the memories are passed along.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Hear the waves, feel the breezes. We have completely remodeled this condo since we purchased and strive to have it the best it can be with most of the comforts of home. We have washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, and other items to make your stay comfortable. New remodel just completed 2/2025.
