This modern, affordable, beachfront condominium has everything you need to create lasting memories with your life partner, young family, or even small group of friends.

The first thing you will notice is the incredible gulf front view! Your private covered balcony’s bar-height seating for four provides an unobstructed view of what some consider the most beautiful shoreline in the world. Sugary white, quartz sand is the perfect canvas for crystal-clear waters to reflect breathtaking shades of emerald green and saltwater blue.

Your open living area features a gulf front glass wall with sliding doors allowing you to enjoy the gulf front views of your balcony even while indoors. Plenty of comfortable seating for watching TV in the evenings. Dining table seating for four in addition to breakfast bar seating for two. Sturdy, comfortable bunk beds feature two single size mattresses. There is a half bath in the hallway for visitors during the day and bunkbed sleepers during the night.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and has been updated with granite countertops and a deep double bowl stainless steel sink. The adjoining breakfast bar makes for great conversation while meals and drinks are being prepared.

Your comfortable king master bedroom features cable TV, ample storage and a private bathroom that creates a nice retreat.

When it’s time to hit the sand there are beach chairs and umbrellas to take on your shoreline excursions.

Nice weekend getaway

This condo was just the right size for my husband and me. We enjoyed watching and listening to the waves as we drank our morning coffee. It was also just a 30-40 minute drive to Pensacola where we were watching a college tournament.

Very clean and nice condo. Right on the beach! The view is awesome! Len is super nice and is there to assist you with any questions/needs you may have! Perfect place to stay and relax for our first year of marriage. 1000% recommend!

I have to give a big shout out to the owner, Len. Communication seems to be lacking in all aspects of life these days, but NOT AT ALL in this case. Len is very responsive and seems to truly care about both his rentals and renters. The place was nice and had everything we needed. Thank you, Len!

One bedroom apartment was just perfect for my wife and I. Facility was as advertised. Pool area was large. Could have used some added shade, but we were able to survive the sun. Ocean access was very convenient. Beach service was very reasonable. We would definitely return.

Great vacation

We had a great time. Our unit was the perfect size for the two of us. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was clean. I prefer shower doors to a shower curtain. That would be my only suggestion.

View was great, comfortable bed, clean unit. Recommend updating Master bathroom. Masterbath sink needs repair, water did not drain well. No washer dryer in unit. Overall our stay at the unit was comfortable and convenient.

Convenient location in a well appointed unit. When I vacation to the beach, I want to be in a condo facing the gulf so I get the balcony, breeze and views. Heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness centers were all a plus. We loved walking across the crosswalk to the Jellyfish for fresh seafood and souvenir shopping. Orange Beach is literally minutes away for fun things to do with kids. The condo is quiet, the bed is comfy and the front desk staff is friendly. I enjoyed the trash chute from the 8th floor. The only thing I missed was having laundry in the unit. It's coin operated on the bottom floor. Overall, we had a great time. The beach has a very laid back vibe.

The Perdido Chill

Absolutely loved the location, and the large balcony. The building is older, but well maintained. Our room was just as advertised. There are codes to use for every door - Pool, lobby, bathroom Not so great when your hands are full. This was a great condo for the price, and I would stay here again. The Jellyfish Grill across the street was great! Good food and great service. We found lots of great places to kayak, especially the 5 minute drive to Big Johnson beach at the Gulf Island Seashore. Beautiful beaches and not crowded. Loved the WOW (worship on the water) Easter Service at Flora Bama. Neat place! Traci B

Nice for the price.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple things that could have been better. One of the chairs in the outdoor set was broken and the others were not far behind. The balcony doesn’t drain well so the tile is incredibly slick. Also, the kitchen sink dripped the entire time we were there. The indoor pool was closed and the boardwalk was under construction and could not be used. Even though these things weren’t ideal our experience overall was nice. Len the owner was thoughtful and helpful easily reachable. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beach access was easy. We would stay again.

AMAZING VIEW!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Mr. Len’s condo. We had everything that was promised & more. He was very kind to us, felt like family & the condo felt like home away from home. The view from this condo is breathtaking, if I could have bottles it up & brought it home I would have. Winded down to the sound of the waves every night & slept like a baby. Thank you Mr. Len, you were such a blessing to my husband & I.

View is amazing!

The view and location are great! The condo building is fine, a little older than other properties in area, but well maintained. The condo however, has some issues, it has a ceiling that is peeling in several locations, the half bath toilet is loose, the master bath toilet area smelled like a urinal (no men in our party!) and there is mold around the ceiling fan areas. I also had concerns about the extension cord and the multiple, upon multiple things plugged into it in master bedroom! Was disappointed to find the washer and dryer are not in the unit, but located in the building basement. Elevators were fast and there were plenty of carts for transporting luggage! In spite of a few issues, the view and beach are AMAZING!
