Portion of private house 5 minutes walk from the city center, nicely furnished, spacious with bedroom, a bathroom with shower tray and living room with kitchen with all appliances, garden with very intimate pergola for cool evenings. For the third person a sofa bed in the living room. Supermarket and bar at 50 meters parking space.
Priority is given to the living space, large to make the guest feel at ease.
Possibility of air conditioning service with the payment of a little extra.

We had a great stay in Assisi! Location was easy walking into town. It’s next to market that’s fully stocked. Very quiet location. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Relaxation stay

I needed a rest traveling from North to South Italy. Assisi was my perfect stop for few days and Casa Elena was so comfortable and convenient. Daniele quickly responded to a few requests I had while staying there. I would definitely stay again.

Host with the Most!

Danielle is the Best! He picked us up a town away due to train issues at 22:30! He even stopped for take out pizza as we were so hungry. He ordered our cab for departing day. Home is just like the pics and bed is great. We walked to bus stop and once into Old town Assisi. Also grocery is just a block away. Would stay here again. Lovely home.

Awesome place and perfect owner

This area is great. Highly accessible and very private. We had the house to ourselves. It was right beside a Tigre mart, 10 minute walk to St. Claire’s Basilica and about 12 minutes to town proper. Daniele Sini is the ideal owner to deal with. We had no problems and while he was away at this time his friend picked us up at the station so that she could show us the house. On our way back he helped us booked a taxi to train station. I am so happy I found this listing!

Our best stay in Italy

My husband and I traveled over one month in Italy throughout the whole country. Daniele's apartment was far superior to any other apartment we stayed in. It was very clean, bright, comfortable and had everything we needed. Including parking. The apartment was quiet with a comfortable interior temperature. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring Assisi, very close to the gate into the old city. Furthermore, our host Daniele was by far the best host we have experienced. He truly cared about our happiness. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Daniele ist eine herausragende Gastgeber. Vor Ankunft hat er uns alle Informationen präzise mitgeteilt, sodass wir auch in seiner Abwesenheit die Wohnung betreten konnten. Gleich nach unserer Ankunft hat Daniele uns begrüßt und alles notwendige erklärt. Er hat uns zahlreiche Tipps bezogen auf Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben, die nicht nur sehr gut waren, sondern die wir auch befolgt haben. Alle Fragen, die sich im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes ergaben, hat Daniele zeitnah beantwortet und unseren Aufenthalt in Assisi zu einem Vergnügen gemacht.In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Sie ist gut gelegen, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten nah und fern, in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann.

Ritorno nelle nostra città del cuore

Il soggiorno a casa Elena è stato ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista: quando torneremo ad Assisi non cercheremo altro quindi il sig.Daniele si prepari già a rivederci! La sua disponibilità è andata oltre quanto previsto nel pacchetto dei servizi della casa. Approfitto per ringraziarlo anche della comprensione di un piccolo incidente avvenuto in casa.

The house and reception was perfect. The location next to the city could not be better. It is a 5 min walk to the city. Also the walkways of Franciscus passes the house. Only thing that could be approved is to have two comfortable chairs to sit outside.

We found Casa Elana very comfortable! It is only steps away from a small market, exchange station and bus stop. It is a delightful walk to just about anywhere in Assisi. Our host, Danielle, was very helpful and friendly. All in all a delightful 4 days!

Schöne Wohnung nahe der historischen Altstadt!

Eine schöne Wohnung, die Altstadt von Assisi ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist auch beim Haus. Mit dem Vermieter ist es super nett und unkompliziert! Einziger kleiner Nachteil: direkt an der Hauptstraße an der an manchen Tagen doch einiges an Verkehr ist

Casa Elena in Assisi

The apartment is fully equipped (we missed absolutely nothing), absolutely clean and ideally located, just 200 m from the old town. Daniele proved to be a very considerate and tactful host. If you plan to stay in Assisi for a few days, this is the perfect place.

Fantastica, curatissima nei particolari, comoda come posizione (la possibilità di parcheggiare vicino al centro ad Assisi vale oro); delizioso il piccolo giardino per un relax post visite: mio figlio lo ha scelto (anche se autunno) per studiare e fare i compiti. Tutto molto ben organizzato e pulitissimo. Cucina completa di tutto. Il nostro unico rimpianto: essere rimasti così poco.

Amazing stay in Assisi

My husband and I were guests at Casa Elena for two nights, and we both wish it was a longer stay. Sini Daniele was a generous and kind host, providing us with all the information we needed at the start of our time in Assisi, from suggestions on where to eat to how to navigate our way to the sites we most wanted to visit. It helped so much to have this orientation at the beginning of our stay. And Casa Elena, really it was better than the photos, because the photos don't capture how peaceful this place was. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed only a few minutes walk to the "old town" -- we couldn't have asked for a better location, apartment or host. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Thank you, Daniele.
