Panama City Beach, FL 32407 .

This condo offers a LARGE BALCONY with unobstructed gulf views of the Gulf and access from the living room and master bedroom!

Fully equipped condo with most of the items you will need for the beach along with a well equipped kitchen.
A variety of beach chairs, toys, rafts, beach canopy, beach buggy, xbox with 4 games, hair dryer and iron.

Bring you bathing suit and flip flops:)

Parking in the garage of the first four floors of this condo!
(NO WALKING ACROSS THE STREET TO PARK!)

Enjoy the Sauna, steam room, pool,
2 Jacuzzi's, and gas grills…by the pool!
Wifi in the condo and poolside as well!

I am happy to share plenty of pictures and videos for a much better view once your reservation is completed.

There is a 4 night minimum stay from March-October.

I own and manage this condo myself including washing All linens at my personal home with (Sensitive Skin) detergent.

I do not use a management company or their housekeepers.

My lovely housekeeper, Maria, and her Mama keep this condo like it’s their own and we have learned to manage this favorite place of mine much better together.

I strive to accommodate my guest and provide enough information to create an unforgettable experience.
Many guest have become friends returning yearly now…which I Love and appreciate so very much!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set Air condition thermostat to 78 degrees before your final check out. Make sure everything, ESPECIALLY the stove, is OFF Please. Take your trash to the garbage chute. Lock All doors.
PLEASE rinse All sand off before entering the condo and especially showering. Sand clogs drains easily, and an extra charge will be applied if a plumber needs to be called because of this issue.
PLEASE watch your beach flags warnings Feel free to call or text me for more information. I am a local and the condo owner. I strive to make your vacation as safe, FUN, and memorable for a lifetime!

Very nice place to stay at, host Lisa is wonderful and was quick to answer any questions we had as well as able to accommodate a request we needed to help make our stay there even better! Nice touch to this place is the beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys already there to use if needed. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to PCB!

This is by one of the best places we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. The owner was great with communication, called the day of check in to check on us and made sure everything was perfect by the time we arrived.

Beautiful balcony and view, with nice table & chairs w/cushions. Wonderful sliding door! No trouble opening or closing! Spacious rooms with well-appointed kitchen, new appliances! Sofa Comfortable, tv had good reception; WIFI worked very well. Elevators, pool, hot tub all nice. There is a sauna and steam room with small indoor pool on site, didn't get a chance to use them, but they were in very good repair. Owner is a very good communicator with lots of tips and helpful suggestions of local sites and restaurants.

My family and I had the best time here. The owner is wonderful at communication! We were able to walk to dinner multiple times and even got some souvenir shopping done without driving anywhere! There was plenty of space and the views were just gorgeous!! We would stay here over and over again!

We had a wonderful week here! Excellent location, spacious condo and huge balcony! We loved the easy, close access to the beach and the condo has lots of beach chairs, toys, and a beach wagon to use. Highly recommend!

Nice place with good size balcony.

Very nice place. The couch was very comfortable. The elevators were pretty quick which is nice since you are on the 16th floor. It is just a short walk to the room from the elevator. The owners didn't have a bunch of rules like some places have. We didn't have to clean up the kitchen, gather towels, etc. before we left.

After renting plenty of condos on PCB,
I decided to buy my own in 2014!
After looking at every condo on PCB,
I chose Twin Palms because of the oversized, private balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf.
I feel like this is the most important square footage of any condo and where we all spend most of our time.

I am a local and always available to take a phone call, answer any questions you may have, suggest local favorite spots or trouble shoot any
problem that may occur.

Once you have booked your reservation,
I can also send plenty of property videos and pictures for a much better look at this beautiful place!

I have stocked the Condo with everything my family uses while there so you have minimal packing needed.

I look forward to every new visitor and will always do my very best to make sure you have an Excellent vacation! 😎

Why they chose this property

The oversized, private balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf from almost every room!

Twin Palms has only 22 floors with 5 condos on each floor. A more low key, relaxing place that attracts more of a middle age crowd instead of over crowded, loud spring breakers.

I am a local and will personally book your reservation. I am always available for any information you may need, suggestions for local spots instead of the tourist traps, and trouble shooting for any problems that may occur.

No Check In or walking across the street, hauling a bunch of luggage!!
I will give you the door code for easy check in with no keys needed.

Parking is in the garage on the first four floors of the Condo.

WIFI in each unit and POOLSIDE as well!

Location, Location, Location!!!

I can give you great coordinates for fishing if you have the boat to get there or set you up with the best charter captain in town!

I have stocked this condo with everything my own family uses so that you only need to bring your personal belongings.
