"Villa Istella de Mari" is a spacious private villa (140mq) a short 250m stroll to the beach. The villa is surrounded by partly covered terrace's (150mq), a front garden and a huge backyard (>1000mq) nicely shaded by large juniper trees.
At "Villa Istella de Mari" there is enough space to guarantee privacy for both grown-ups and little ones while being very close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the region.

Great place for perfect active summer vacation!

The house is super-well located. Some minutes to Santa Teresa and plenty of beautiful beaches! The highlight is the sunset aperitif on the front porch - simply unforgettable! We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen a lot. Our kids were big fans of the table soccer. Everything super clean and we found all we neede for a great vacation. Great place to return to!

Wir - Familie mit 2 Kindern aus der Schweiz - haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit viel Umschwung. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden: Sehr sauber, hochwertige Bäder, gut sortierte Küche... Ein kleines Manko gab es: Da wir Mitte Oktober im Haus waren, wurde es am Abend wegen der fehlenden Heizung schnell frisch. Mit einem Pullover liess sich das zu dieser Jahreszeit aber einfach ausgleichen. Gerne können wir das Haus und die Vermieter weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful villa, perfect location

This villa is in an enviable position overlooking the sea, with many picture windows and outdoor seating areas, making it a very relaxing place to be. There are sunny spots and shady spots all over the garden, and an amazing outdoor shower which we all loved. The villa is modern, clean and spacious with everything you require for a family stay. We loved that fact that we could walk to the beach and come home for lunch. Tiziana, the hostess, greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. She was available for anything we needed. For us there was just one thing missing...air conditioning. We stayed the first week of July, some nights there was a welcome sea breeze but the latter half of the week became unbearably hot at night. As a mother of three, with the house all on the ground floor I could not bear to leave windows open throughout the night. Overall a lovely stay, the perfect end to our holiday, thanks for having us.
