2 stone modern villas with private pools for your luxury holidays.The closer villas to shipwreck view! Enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the quiet place.The transportation form an to the airport is on us.Both 2 villas are 130 square meters.Two floor villas for 6 persons to sleep.
The ground floor consists of dining/living room,a bedroom,a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with:electric oven,microwave washing machine,fridge,iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment.The bedroom consists of double bed with a wardrobe a tv and also has his furnitures and its own balcony.The lounge area consits of comfortable furnitures and also a large sofa for a lot of people,there is also a fireplace,tv,dvd player and a cd player.The WC room has a hand washing basin a toilet and a buthtub.You can access upstairs from the stairs inside the house.This floor consists of 2 berdrooms and 2 bathrooms for each one and a big balcony.The main bedroom has a double bed,safe box,a big wardrobe,a beauty mirror an a furniture together,tv, patio doors and a bathroom with a hand washing basin a toilet and a buthtub.The second bedroom has two single beds,a WC,wordrobe,tv.All the areas and rooms of the houses have A/C.
The exterior of the villas are 1000 square meters with a private pool for each house,sunbeds and umbrellas,a kiosk area,a barbecue area, and a private parking.

Hello my name is ioannis and i am 24 years old.I was born in Zakynthos island and i lived there until my age of 18.I studied computer services and technologies at a greek school.But i decided to come back to this island cause i love it so much and deal with my family villas business.I like so much to meet people from different countries,share our stories and learn them the greek culture.I also love the nature and the sea of course.I like sports(playing and watching) such as basketball,football,volyball e.t.c.

Why they chose this property

The name Eden villas became from the phase house of Eden.That property where my villas are located was a field of my grandparents.My grandparents was crazy about the nature and the flowers.They loved the green and the mountains so much that all of their old house was foul of them.But when they passed away both, me and my family built those villas and we based them with green and flowers inside the nature and the mountains.We named them Eden in the memory of my grandparents and that's a way to remember them.
