Property of 4000 m2 located in the hill, half an hour from Marseille and Aix en Provence, and a few minutes from Aubagne. The house has a swimming pool (open from June to September), a large garden adjoining the villa and a very beautiful view.
The surrounding countryside allows beautiful walks or bike rides (hiking trails). The proximity to both major tourist and cultural cities, and the coast (Cassis, La Ciotat, Bandol etc.), makes it a particularly pleasant holiday location by allowing very diverse activities.
The vintage decor of the house will seduce lovers of flea markets. And calm is privileged: the house is deliberately devoid of any multimedia equipment.
In summer, the heat pushes to favor relaxation and lazing around the pool and the sound of cicadas, alternating with seaside getaways. In the back of the season, the rest and calm of the property go well with the surrounding walks and cultural visits to the region.

Un bon lieu de vacances

Nous avons reçus un très bon accueil de la part de Valérie et Robert. Malgré une météo pluvieuse nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'autoroute étant proche nous avons facilement profité des environs. La maison est très fonctionnelle, ordonnée et décorée avec attention. Endroit très calme. Belle vue depuis la maison.

Magnifique paysage pour un gîte très fonctionnel

Accueil très agréable dans un coin vraiment tranquille ! quand nous sommes arrivés, tout était prêt, y compris les lits, organisés de façon parfaite pour les couples, famille, célibataires... Nous étions 8 adultes, 2 enfants et un jeune enfant et avons passé un très bon séjour, très agréable. La pièce de vie qui nous semblait juste c'est avéré fort suffisante. Tout est très fonctionnel mais à la fois très authentique avec toutes ces petites pièces de brocantes qui ornent la maison. Il nous faudra sans doute revenir, je suis sûre que si la saison nous avait permis d'utiliser les terrasses et la piscine au lieu du poêle et des chauffages, ça aurait été encore mieux ! Le meilleur restant ces paysages magnifiques qui entourent la maison, que l'on sorte de la douche, que l'on aère la chambre... ou que l'on se tienne dans le canapé ! En toute saison, ça n'a pas de prix !

Après le sympathique accueil des propriétaires, on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi dans cette maison fonctionnelle, confortable et bien équipée. Aucune mauvaise surprise, au contraire, la maison est encore plus agréable que l'idée qu'on s'en fait avec l'annonce. Très appréciable : le linge de maison fourni, et tout ce qu'il faut dans les placards pour démarrer sereinement un séjour.
