Beautiful Villa renovated in 2015 with its original hacienda look and its roof terraces, located in a quiet area 6 minutes walk from the beach of Riels. It is an ideal villa for two families with these two levels with independent access: On the ground floor, American kitchen, living room with tv, satellite, dvd and dining room. A first bedroom with a 140cm double bed and its private bathroom / WC. The second bedroom also has a 140 cm bed (both are air conditioned) a second bathroom / WC is also available. On the first floor, the small outdoor lounge on the large terrace will allow you to enjoy the mild evenings of the Costa Brava. Inside, a bathroom, two bedrooms also air conditioned: the first with 3 90cm beds (one on a large mezzanine) and the other with a 140cm bed. A small living room with its fireplace having a sofa, a fridge to always have cold drinks and to avoid going down to the ground floor. A small kitchen area is also available. The upstairs lounge is also air conditioned.
Garden side: enjoy the swimming pool (only from June to September) during this period, the water is heated to guarantee a minimum temperature of 27 degrees.
The 300 m2 garden with always a corner of shade thanks to its centenary pine and its olive tree. It is enclosed by walls, which makes it possible to welcome your pets.

Great Property ideal for our stay, would highly recommend. Just for information the only downside was that there wasn't a single towel there for us to use, the kitchen sink didn't get hot water to it and the dishwasher leaked when we tried to use it.

Très belle maison bien située dans le centre de l'Escala mais manque de soin.Premier coup d'oeil dès notre arrivée, le jardin qui n'etait absolument pas entretenu.Le liner de la piscine qui gondolait de partout.Le barbecue pas du tout nettoyé. A l'intérieur, porte coulissante d'une chambre qui ne se ferme pas à fond.Evier de cuisine bouché. Nous avons essayé de faire abstraction de ces détails et avons néanmoins passé un très beau sejour dans une très belle région.

Schönes Haus (mit kleinen Abzügen)

Plus: -zentrale Lage: Meer,Promenade sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen, kleine Bäckerei sogar nur 150m entfernt - 2 separate Eingänge zu den Wohnbereichen( besonders für Familien geeignet) - großer Pool - voll ausgestattete Küche/Grillbereich außen - schnelle/unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Minus: - auf der Terrasse 1.OG und Dachterrasse leider keinerlei Sitzgelegenheit - die Auflagen/Polster der Liegen am Pool und der Sitzecke sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden - schön wäre auch ein Sonnenschirme o.ä. Über der Sitzecke im Garten Alles in allem ein schönes Haus, dass mit kleinen Änderungen noch schöner wäre!! - Terraleide Sitzen/Verweilen

A brilliant house for our stay in L’escala

We have been coming to l’escala for many years but this was our first visit coming with our children and we are so pleased we chose this house to stay in! We only stayed in the downstairs section of the house but if you had a bigger family or were staying in two separate groups then this house is perfect for you as you can all have your own space still. The kitchen is well equipped for when you do want to do some cooking and the dishwasher was very handy! Parking was never an issue as there was always space outside the house. The best part of this house is the garden, it is perfect for families with kids. There is always shade with the way the garden has been designed and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat. The outside food seating area was very special and it was lovely to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner out there. Plus we loved using the bbq as well! We hope to be back in the future to make more memories in this special house.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme. Le jardin est très agréable, la température de l'eau de la piscine est un plus, l'emplacement est parfait près de la plage et des commerces. Le restaurant la Parilla, à côté, est à conseiller, qualité des produits et personnel extrêmement sympathique.

Nous étions déjà venu il y a deux ans , nous avions adoré, c' est pour cela que nous sommes revenus et nous ne sommes pas déçus. Maison parfaite pour deux familles avec ses deux niveaux indépendants, piscine et jardin très agréable pour les enfants comme pour les adultes . A 10 min à pied de la plage riells et de toutes les attractions avec les enfants top ! Allez y les yeux fermés cette maison a tout ce qu il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Juste parfait

Maison tres agreable logament propre et parfait pour deux familles avec ses deux niveaux independant. Le jardin est top et la situation est parfaite 10 min a pied max du centre et de la plage ( ave enfants et bébé) . Plein de commerces a proximité pas besoin de la voiture. La piscine et la clim sont vraiment appreciables. Le gérant est toujours disponible avec des réponses rapides. Rien a redire à part qu on serait bien rester plus longtemps.
