About this property

The Court of Factor

Located in the historic center of the village of Surat, it is a spacious and bright house with a courtyard for the exclusive use. Just 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Castro Marina, Blue Flag. ideal home for families with children. The price is for 4 persons but with a supplement you get to an ideal accommodation up to a maximum of 7/8 persons. The house consists of two bedrooms of which one double very large, a large living / dining room with fireplace in the large room with vaulted ceilings and a 2 bathrooms, one also used as a laundry with shower. The living area is characterized by a particular loft with bed for one and a half and a sofa that doubles as a single bed. The exposure of the house allows you to have a fresh climate of the summer without air conditioning. The scooters can be parked inside the court while the car in the adjacent streets. As you enter, you cross the private court and you can access the room or in the hallway or in the living / kitchen which both overlook the courtyard. The bathroom laundry room is located inside the courtyard of the house but outside as Salentine tradition until about 1950. The court, of 150 square meters has large spaces in the shade and has a dining area with table and chairs. The house, left intact in full compliance with the architectural traditions of the time, it is ideal for those who want to have privacy and enjoy a relaxing holiday just a few km away from the main tourist resorts of Salento. A few steps from the house there are all the amenities of the village and you can go on foot to go shopping, go to the bar, restaurant / pizzeria, tobacconist, newsagent. The livingroom / kitchen comes with oven, 5 burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, stone fireplace, large work surface and mobile pantries.

Una casa da sogno nel villaggio di Surano

Das antike Haus aus Stein ist einfach traumhaft. Authentisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Innenhof mit den Ölivenbäumen. Das Dorf ist sehr schön, sauber und die Menschen, die ich kennengelernt habe waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte das Glück, dass ich italienisch spreche und Salento sehr gut kenne, da ich bis 1992 in der Nähe von Bari gelebt habe.Ich schätze sehr die Region Salento. Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Traumhaftes Meer, nette Menschen und super Essen.

The most PERFECT place & loveliest hosts

The place is beautiful, we were there for 6 day as a group of four but it would have fit at least one if not two more people. It’s in a beautiful little village in puglia where you can get to the most beautiful beaches and grottos and generally it’s paradise! Also the place is full of history as it’s the hosts old family home, every item has a story - the place is just filled with love to the brim! Lastly I have to say that Angelo and his daughter Roberta who run the place are the best hosts I have every had, between bringing us all sorts of different traditional foods to try and making sure we had everything we could possible wish for we were more then satisfied! These guys are the best!

Très bon accueil d'Angelo qui nous a présenté sa maison avec passion. Celle ci est charmante et la cour intérieure est un endroit où il fait bon vivre.
