Superbe appartement

Superbe appartement dans résidence très récente et très calme.. Appartement bien agencé avec terrasse en rez de chaussée 1er niveau balcon et magnifique terrasse panoramique sur le toit accessible par une grande trappe. Proche de toutes les commodités plage restaurants etc.... Très bien accueilli par Giovanni et sa femme très disponibles pour tous renseignements.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick über San Vito bis zum Meer. Sehr sauber und gepflegt mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Kommunikation, Entgegenkommen und Hilfsbereitschaft waren super. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Weihnachten auf Sizlien

Wir hatten einen sonnigen, auch windigen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen, modernen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da auf kleinem Raum! Allerdings waren wir zu zweit und die Wohnung ist bis zu 4 Personen gedacht! Was im Sommer bestimmt noch sehr schön ist, die Dachterasse! Auch zusätzlich Raum......Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Dusche schick, aber sehr klein. In der Küche war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Konversation in englisch war kein Problem mit Giovanni und seiner Tochter zusammen.

Beautiful apartment with 360 degree views

We enjoyed this nearly new apartment on our recent 3 week stay in the lovely town of San Vito. The apartment was in close proximity for walking in to dinner, groceries or simply a walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment providing great security, a nice breeze, and amazing views of the sea, town and Monte Monaco from the spacious roof top patio where we had dinner most nights. Our only complaint was that sound traveled very easily from the apartment below us. Most of our trip was very quiet but some noisier renters downstairs did keep us awake a few nights. This could be remedied with earplugs, if necessary. We suspect that this is the norm with the concrete design of buildings in Sicily. The internet worked very well, the swimming pool was clean and refreshing and we really loved our stay and would recommend this accomodation.
