This is an absolutely gorgeous house. This pristine 4-bedroom 4 bath home offers easy access to the beach via a sidewalk easement directly across the street. Less than 75 yards from the front door to the white sand beaches. A brand-new private pool is located in the yard with plenty of seating for guests around the pool. There are also terrific views from the large gulf facing deck (with direct water views of the gulf), and ample seating on the deck for plenty of people to dine or to relax.

Your walk is one minute, and less if you're in a hurry. We have a wagon to help carry all of your toys, and plenty of beach chairs for you to borrow when you head down to the beach.

Each of the 4 bedrooms offers access to a private bath. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and sleeper sofa, and massive bathroom with lots of closet space, and a jetted jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed with attached bathroom with tub, the third bedroom offers a queen bed and two twin beds (one bunkbed) with attached bathroom with shower, and the fourth bedroom offers four double beds (two bunkbeds) and an attached bathroom with tub.

The kitchen is well equipped and ideally laid out for entertaining, with a gas cooktop, microwave, double oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, under counter beverage fridge, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking at home. Salt, pepper, and all spices and seasonings are already here.

The great room is adjacent to the kitchen and offers ample seating and large HD television. The dining room includes a large table with seating for 8, and 3 barstools for sitting at the kitchen counter. Both the living and dining areas offer access to the covered deck and a view of the water up front, and the pool in the back. A portion of the enclosed area under the house has been set up as a game room complete with pool table and darts. There is also a large open covered area under the house ideal for entertaining, and ample seating for hanging out.
