Our villa has unique characteristics for San Vito lo Capo. Very few steps from the most beautiful area of ​​the beach of San Vito lo Capo and the area equipped with bathing facilities and water games. Despite the proximity to the historic center, the Villa is still very reserved by the chaos of nightlife and very airy.
The Villa has 4 rooms all independent, so with the possibility of staying even for 2 people. We do not offer breakfast for bureaucratic reasons but it will certainly not be so rare to invite you to taste some of our prepared dishes. Moreover, we remain at your disposal throughout your stay to guide you and advise you on all the main points of interest in the Province and make you live if required all the experiences that we think is not to be missed.

Wonderful Villa

We had a great holiday in this perfect located wonderful villa! ( Only Some steps to the sea and to the city centre) For our family with 3 kids ( 3 month, 3&5 years) it fits perfect! The villa has a beautiful garden with big palms, a well equipped kitchen, and nicely designed bedrooms and bathrooms! Francesco and his father are very nice and helpful hosts! We definitly could recommend this villa and will come back soon!

This is house nr 17 that we have rented in italy and by far the best. Excellent house, close to the beach and San Vito have many superb restaurants and a nice city Centre. Francesco and his parents where wonderfull hosts. Francesco is also a sommelier and had a wine tasting session

We (5 adults, one child) have spent beautiful 12 days in this beautiful house. The house is very elegant furnished and trim. The outdoor arena is very beautyfull and clean with an amazing outdoor kitchen and a fantastic grill. Relaxation pure.... Especially mentionable is the really great service from the home owner. Francesco and his parents support their guest every time. They are really so nice and helpfull. We are very very happy with our stay and would rent this house again and again. Fantastica Villa Almyra

San Vito Lo Capo è un posto splendido e Villa Almyra è stata la soluzione ideale per la nostra vacanza. La casa è vicinissima alla spiaggia e con una passeggiata si arriva al centro del paese. Il posto è molto curato e le camere sono arredate con gusto. La cucina è attrezzata e funzionale. Tutto l'ambiente rende il soggiorno molto piacevole. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Se dovessi tornare a San Vito Lo Capo la sceglierei di nuovo sicuramente.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay! We were with a group of 5 girlfriends. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was exactly as what we expected and better! We arrived late in the evening and Francesco was very accommodating to this and with all other requests and questions that we had during our stay. He was great with quick responses to all our needs. The apartment was very clean and we enjoyed the outdoor area and kitchen very much where we had many glasses of wine every evening. We walked everywhere and loved being so close to the beach. It was a trip we'll never forget! We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking!

Villa Almyra? il luogo perfetto VOTO 10 e LODE!

Grazie Francesco e Mario per la Vs ospitalità. Tutto quello che avevate promesso è stato mantenuto!! Bravi!! La Vs villa è perfetta, pulita ed accogliente! grande giardino esterno per vivere appieno le belle serate a SanVito, le camere con tutti i comfort sono nuove e ottimamente curate! Comoda la Griglia per mangiare ogni sera il pescato della giornata! L'arrivo è stato gestito da Mario, che non solo ci ha accolti conil parcheggio privato in villa, ma ci ha accompagnati personalmente anche per indicarci... lo stabilimento migliore (Lido Sabbione, la pescheria da Alfonso, il supermercato Decò per la carne e suggerito le migliori escursioni da fare! San Vito ha un mare che non ha nulla da invidiare ai Caraibi! L'ospitalità dei siciliani non ha eguali! non potete perdervi la riserva dello Zingaro (portatevi l'acqua, colazioni, e cappello... in 10 minuti siete alla prima caletta con un panorama mozzafiato e una spiaggia di sassolini meravigliosa! (consigliate le scarpine da mare!)Visitate anche le altre due calette... Favignana bellissima! Consiglio di prendere una barca e visitarla dal mare! Cosa dire una vacanza così l'auguro a tutti! Paolo

Siamo due coppie di amici Massimo, Cinzia, Tiziano e Nicoletta ed abbiamo trascorso una FANTASTICA vacanza a San Vito lo Capo grazie alla gentilissima accoglienza di Francesco e della sua famiglia che ci ha messo perfettamente a nostro agio. Villa bellissima, stanze spaziose praticamente nuove, cucina grande e funzionale. La villa si trova a pochissimi metri dalla spiagia e dal meraviglioso mare di San Vito. Villa SUPER CONSIGLIATA, dove sarà bellissimo tornare...!!!! Un caro saluto a Francesco e alla sua famiglia e grazie ancora per i suoi preziosi consigli !!

Indimenticabile vacanza! Accoglienza sublime!

La migliore vacanza grazie all'accoglienza di Francesco e la sua famiglia. Una villa incantevole immersa nel verde, offre un generoso spazio e preziosa quiete . Le stanze sono molto pulite, spaziose e tutto nuovo. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia di San vito e la meravigliosa riserva dello Zingaro. Da consigliare e tornare!

lovely outdoor space to enjoy warm summer evenings, it was great to have a big common kitchen, fully equipped, to use in case you wanted to eat there, whether inside or on the terrasse. short walk from beautiful beach & sea, in a quieter side of the very touristy and busy center, and free shuttle bus to/from the downtown supermarket. The owners welcomed us with warm hospitality, and it was a pleasure to meet them. Greatly recommend!!
