Good access, very central location with a diverse cultural offer but also great for resting. Interior area of 45 m2 and exterior area of 120 m2. The space values the local traditions of tiles and fishing. Quick access to the airport and the cities of Porto and Aveiro (30 min). 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from Ria de Aveiro.

Could have potential

The place has not been well maintained. The shower drain was plugged, the shower stall had black mould, the toilet flush valve broken, the shades were in very poor state. To top it all there was no corkscrew to open our wine! Roosters in the next backyard kept us awake all night long. We not recommend.

We are sorry that you haven´t enjoy the accomodation. In the last weeks there were some great sunny days, but also many hard raining days. We are near a river, the lagoon and the ocean, so it´s very wet and hard to maintain so well without using more agreessive cleaning products, which we use in the end of October when we close a few days and make the general maintenance. For sure in Portugal we have corkscrew to open the wine, you could ask because it was in a small part of the kitchen cabinet! We are sorry you didn´t rest as you wanted, but it´s strange that roosters bore you all night, because they only make noise after sunrise.
