L OUSTAOU is a private house which allows you to spend a pleasant holiday.
All comfort rentals, fully air conditioned. Lots of charm.
Pleasant secure swimming pool, in a beautiful garden with beautiful vegetation, very well maintained.
Quality of materials, tasteful decoration.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility to rent for long periods from October to the end of March at a preferential rate.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested on the day of arrival in cash or check, it will be returned after the inventory on the day of departure.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht – und das auf einem hohen Qualitätsniveau.Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief völlig unkompliziert, und wir sind besonders dankbar, dass sogar unser Wunsch nach einer sehr frühen Abreise so flexibel und herzlich berücksichtigt wurde.Auch die Umgebung ist ein Traum: Ob Ardèche, Vaison, Nyons, Le Poet Laval, Balazuc oder Vogüe – es gibt unglaublich viel zu entdecken und zu genießen.Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und sind sicher: Bei unserem nächsten Provence-Besuch kommen wir sehr gern wieder hierher.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut aufgeteilt. Der Swimmingpool ist ausreichend groß, jedoch fallen von den umgebenden Hecken und Bäumen bereits im Frühsommer viele Blätter hinein, die sich am Boden festkleben. Eine Reinigung wäre an jeden zweiten Tag nötig. Die Lage des Hauses ist am Ortsrand von Colonzelle und nicht wie beschrieben in Grillon (ca. 3 km entfernt), was die Suche bei Erstankunft etwas erschwert. In Colonzelle gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit; Auto ist nötig.Neben der Endreinigung (80 EUR) und der Bettwäsche (15 EUR) müssen Hand- und Badetücher gesondert gemietet und vor Ort bezahlt werden.

Wunschlos glücklich

Wir haben das Haus samt Pool für 2 Wochen gemietet und waren begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Das einzige was in der Hausbeschreibung geändert werden müsste, ist die richtige Adresse der Unterkunft. Denn das Haus steht in Colonzelle und nicht in Grignan. Das würde es für beide Parteien einfacher machen beim Check in. Danke nochmal an Jean Marc und Myriam

Hübsches, sauberes Haus in Colonzelle

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus genossen. Es ist sehr sauber und liegt am Dorfrand von Colonzelle. Leider war es zu kalt und regnerisch für die Poolnutzung. Insgesamt ein ruhiges, hübsches Häuschen in einem ganz kleinen Dorf. Leider liegt das Haus nicht in Valreas, wo es einen Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. gibt. Man muss immer mit dem Auto fahren. Die Vermieter haben bei der Ankunft alles kurz gezeigt und waren bei der vorzeitigen Abreise mit der Uhrzeit sehr entgegenkommend. Danke dafür!

Nous avons passé des moments agréables et reposants en famille dans cette belle location. La piscine est belle et conforme à l’annonce, la maison est moderne et agréable à vivre, la climatisation est un plus. Le wifi n’est pas des plus efficaces cependant. Nous avons visité les jolis villages des environs, les marchés sont typiques, et avons profité de la magnifique région. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Schönes Ferienhaus als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Das Haus sowie das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt, die Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Allerdings handelt es sich bei der Ankunftsadresse in Grillon um die Anschrift der Vermieter. Das Feriendomizil befindet sich in Colonzelle, ca. 3 km entfernt. Dies sollte man besser kommunizieren. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und es fehlt an nichts, außer vielleicht an einem Radio. Es gibt so viele schöne alte Dörfer zu besichtigen, den Markt in Nyons sollte man nicht verpassen. Für Wanderer und Radfahrer ist das Gebiet ebenfalls ideal. Der Pool war im September zum Schwimmen leider zu kalt, das lag aber auch an dem insgesamt recht kühlen Wetter. Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen.

Très bon séjour dans la Drôme provençale

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans un charmant village très calme. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée. Le plus la piscine très appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs et la climatisation dans la maison. Mr et Mme Ubassy sont charmants et vous donne de bons conseils pour les endroits à découvrir. C est une adresse que nous conseillons et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour découvrir tout ce que nous n avons pas eu le temps de voir.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Obwohl wir keine Französischkenntnisse haben, hat bei der Übergabe alles sehr gut geklappt, herzlichen Dank an Myriam und Jean-Marc für Ihre Bemühungen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir haben Ausflüge in der Nähe des Hauses gemacht, insgesamt hat das Haus eine gute Lage auch für Ausflüge zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Provence. Ich denke wir kommen noch einmal wieder.

Superbe location

Super séjour dans ce gîte conforme aux photos et au descriptif ! Les propriétaires sont tous les deux très accueillants et à l’écoute de leurs locataires avec pleins de bons conseils de visites ! Nous reviendrons c’est sûr car nous adorons cette région et la location répond en tous points en nos recherches. Gîte clair et bien agencé avec tous ce qu’il faut aussi bien en extérieur qu’à l’intérieur.

Zeer mooie smaakvolle moderne woning met alles erop en eraan. Alles ruim voorzien en in perfecte staat! De foto's geven een perfect beeld van wat je krijgt. Enkel minpunt: warmtepomp op zwembad zou de enige plus kunnen zijn, water was door de mistral winden en sterke afkoeling "s nachts zeer fris tot koud.
