Waterfront, Family Friendly, Bahamian Retreat with 50' Dock

If you are looking for a vacation rental to relax and get away from it all, 'Diamondhead' is for you! 'Diamondhead' is a 1200 square foot fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bath family home approximately 55 miles east of West Palm Beach, Florida. It is easily accessible by commercial or private air service as well as by boat. The inlet borders us on one side and a canal on the other, with the ocean outside our back door. This family home is fully furnished and includes all kitchen appliances, as well as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. The house comes complete with DirecTV and Wi-Fi. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. A trundle bed is located in the great room. There is a 50-foot dock equipped with electricity and water, as well as a storage shed with a freezer for fish and bait. A barbecue grill is included. Our home is in a quiet, secluded area; however, a large resort is located a few minutes away. Snorkeling for lobsters is available out back, while fishing for Wahoo is within shouting distance.

The property is perfect. Beautiful views, excellent location, we really appreciated the locking shed just steps from the dock to secure tackle, added bonus has bait freezer. Eric, the property manager stopped in daily to check on us and see if we needed anything. Eric and his team were first class.Mr. Jimmy the conch cleaner was very nice and incredibly talented.We enjoyed our trip so much that we have already booked for next year.

Diamond head was a lovely place to stay and came exactly as advertised. Eric was available for us for our entire stay. He took us to restaurants and his nephew was our guide for fishing. We even had an issue with our transmission on the boat and he “knew a guy” who was totally honest and fixed us up! He provided us with stone crab which was delicious. We will absolutely be back!

The house is great and it's right inside the inlet very convenient! Great Dock! The house was well stocked had everything we neede... would have been great to have one more bed but our group was a little large but otherwise everything was great we loved the house and would definitely stay there again . Fisherman’s Paradise

Great house and location. Dock has secure storage shack for your fishing equipment and freezer for your ice or catch. House also has freezer in addition to storage shack. We will be booking again in the future. Eric caretaker is an great host. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Bahamian Thanksgiving!

We had the most amazing Thanksgiving week thanks to Brad and his host Eric’s wonderful hospitality. The home was perfect for our family and convenient for our boat. We enjoyed lobster for Thanksgiving delivered by our wonderful host, caught wahoo and enjoyed exploring the community. There was no need not met by Eric and we appreciated his warm hospitality. Firefighters from Orlando. Lots of fishing and snorkeling Had a great time. Definitely coming back! Eric was so accommodating and would do anything for us! Love this property!

This was our second time staying here and it was a great as the first time! Some comfortable and easily accessible. We cooked every night and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. Eric, the caretaker, was awesome as always. He’s there at arrival and will even bring you a car rental if you need it. I also heard he’s a great chef so next time we will ask him to prepare us a meal! Thanks Brad for hosting us at your house once again. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location

The house was everything we needed and more. We had a great time. The house is very well equipped. The small countertop ice machine was a bonus. And the extra freezers for bait and ice were awesome.

Great Everything!

Process was smooth and easy. Communication was great. Eric the house care taker handled all our needs very quickly. Got us bags of ice daily for fishing/ boating, let us use a caravan to run into town. His nephew was a guide one day out on our boat showing us some spots, we cooked lobster on the grill at the sandbar, and made conch ceviche. Very happy with our experience and will be staying here every time we come to West End.

Wonderful Location

Great Place!

Excellent House and Location

I'm very happy to share my experience with this house, Excellent. It is a very comfortable well appointed house that is perfect for a fishing trip. Location is fantastic easy in and out. Eric the manager is always attentive and available he will help you with absolutely anything. Dock is great we had a 42ft and it was perfect size. The house has everything you will need and is in very good condition. Overall very high marks from me and our group!!

Great spot!

This house was great! There was plenty of room and the house was fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The dock was perfect for out 42’ boat. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

This is a prime property with dock, power, lighting, ice cold A/C, 3 freezers, good internet. The property manager drove us to town for supplies and was a wonderful ambassador for the island. Group of 5 were comfortable. Nice grill outside cooked a few meals. Everything we needed in the kitchen. We would repeat this stay!
