Hiero House is located in the Salinelle residential area and is completely surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. It has wi-fi, satellite TV, climate, kitchen and furnishings dedicated to lovers of beauty and design. Hiero House is also equipped with a large drinking water system with triple treatment to make the holiday of its guests safe because there is still no drinking water supply in the whole area.
The sofa bed is in Alcantara and has an 18cm orthopedic mattress.
The mattress is regularly treated with sanitizing products and the mattress cover is washed at each rental.
Electric bicycles are also included in the price for those who need it. Access to the beach is a few steps away.
Outside large green spaces and car parking inside the property.
There is also another room with laundry facilities and an extra fridge.
In addition there is also a barbecue and a wood oven.
500 meters away you will find the railway station, a food bar and tobacconist's and the commercial center and the equipped beach of the Salinelle.
At 2 km there is also the water park "AcquaVerde" which you can reach with the electric bikes you have.
Cefalù is just 7km away and can be reached by bike in 25 minutes or by train in 10 minutes if you don't have a vehicle.

It’s a unique place. Bathroom is very nice and in same building as the bedroom. There is a kitchenette in there too but the outdoor kitchen got more use by us. Also enjoyed the green space that was available to us. Washing machine works well. The apartment is close to the train station and has a grocery store nearby. Only real issues we had were spotty wifi and no comfortable sofa or chairs to sit in. The house is quite close to the beach and ocean and worth the walk for sunsets. Hello. Thank you for appreciating our comfortable, modern home, which features two kitchens, outdoor areas, and plenty of amenities. We provide comfortable deck chairs for relaxing in the garden; these are located in the second bedroom—you might have missed them. As for the Wi-Fi, we haven't encountered any issues so far—at least not with our modern phones. Thanks, and hope to see you again!

Villa in posizione strategica a Lascari

Appartamento in villa dalle finiture di ottimo pregio, comoda ma piccola. Si avverte l'assenza di un armadio per soggiorni lunghi. Per il resto è dotato di ogni confort e servizio utile a trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, sia nell'accoglienza che nel dare consigli durante il soggiorno. E' il valore aggiunto di questa proprietà.
