Nous nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Florent, Jean-Michel est au petit soin avec ses vacanciers, avec ses précieux conseils afin de visiter de magnifiques endroits.De plus il tient en famille une très belle épicerie de produits locaux qui vaut vraiment le détour.L'appartement est super bien équipé, spacieux et vraiment agréable à vivre.Nous avons hâte de retourner à Saint-Florent et ne manqueront pas de faire appel à Jean-Michel afin de nous loger.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est accueillant et sympathique.Appt conforme à la description, propre ,bien situé dans une résidence calme et arborée, idéal pour 2 personnes.Belle piscine dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter car l'eau était froide.A signaler : pas de barbecue mais une plancha . Présence de moustiques.Nous avons trouvé le matelas un peu mou.

Es war eine tolle Woche. Wir haben besonders den Pool und die grosse Terasse genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Jean Michel war sehr freundlich. Als wir uns bei ihm erkundigen wollten, ob das Wasser aus dem Hahn auch bedenkenlos getrunken werden kann, hat er uns am nächsten Tag eine Wasserkaraffe mit Filtereisatz zum Appartement gebracht. Sehr hilfsbereit, vielen Dank für alles und beste Grüße. Andreas

Alles top! Aber man braucht ein Auto. Bus und Taxi ist Mangelware. Ansonsten war alles da, sauber, gemütlich, gepflegt, Supermarkt und Restaurant/ Bäckerei in der Nähe.und es war herrlich ruhig. Pool sehr sauber.

Belle location en rez de jardin

Location idéale pour un couple. Pas de vis à vis. Appartement bien aménagé avec climatisation et grande salle de bains. Bonne conception pour les rangements (cuisine, chambre, salle de bains). Bon équipement en appareils ménagers et ustensiles (il manque cependant des saladiers : un seul fourni). Des hôtes disponibles et arrangeants, surtout lorsque l'on cherche sa destination que le GPS ne connait pas! En bref, un excellent séjour et un logement de vacances que nous recommandons, surtout avec une belle piscine quasiment pour nous seuls. Merci Jean Michel.

Schönes Appartement mit Gemeinschafts-Pool in super Lage im Nebbio

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend: Mit dem Auto ist man in 7 Minuten an einem schönen Sandstrand (Plage Roya), in 10 Minuten in dem pittoresken Städtchen Saint Florent, mit dem Schiff kann man von dort in 20 Minuten zu den Traumständen Lotu und Saleccia fahren und der große Supermarkt ist sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, praktisch und sauber. Es gibt einen relativ großen Gemeinschaftspool. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen in allen Belangen, insgesamt sehr unkompliziert und gut. Auch für unser kleines Kind (1 Jahr) war die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden in jedem Fall wiederkommen!

Calme et idéalement situé

L'appartement en rez-de-chaussée est agreable et bien frais(appréciable quand il fait plus de 30° dehors. La piscine est appréciable avec au max 7 ou 8 personnes en même temps sur les 15 jours passés. Le logement est situé à 200m d'un supermarché et de deux restaurants. Saint Florent est à 2kms et la plage également, un véhicule est donc nécessaire. Point de départ vers le cap. Corse ou Île Rousse, Saint Florent est très central.

superbe séjour

on a passé un agreable séjour . la location était parfaite, la situation également (en bout de la residence avec les vignes derriere), super marché proche , à proximité de Saint Florent( 5mn). superbe piscine dans la residence . tres calme en juin. la literie est parfaite. il y a une clim qui fonctionne biencontact et accueil avec Jean Michel Scotto parfait. on serait bien resté 8 jours de plus !!!

Très bon accueil, appartement tel qu'il est décrit. Les meubles hauts de la cuisine sont très haut (difficile d'y accéder si petit). La piscine est très agréable, la résidence accueillante, bien pensée et à proximité d'un leclerc où nous pouvons nous y rendre à pied. La résidence est idéalement située pour toutes activités.

Well equipped apartment in great location

We enjoyed a lovely week in this well equipped apartment. It is ideally situated. As it is the last apartment at the furthest end of the complex, very few people walked past so the nice outside space felt very private. There is a handy supermarket and a good Italian restaurant just a short stroll away. St Florent is lovely with many restaurants and bars. Mr Scotto was very welcoming and although he speaks little English and we only speak a little French we were made to feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Rien à redire. La piscine est vraiment agréable en plus il n’y avait personne. Le mois de mai est vraiment idéal pour la corse. Peu de monde, beau temps, paysage superbe.
