Maintained to a high standard this ground floor annexe apartment, situated to the rear of the owners' house, includes a parking space and is situated next to the beautiful Byes Park. Only a 5-10 minute level walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Comfortable double bedroom with king-size bed; spacious shower/wet room; living-room with well-equipped kitchen area, including halogen hob, full-size oven, microwave and washing machine. Large flat-screen TV and good WiFi connection. Small shared outdoor courtyard area with table and chairs. Owners live in main house and are happy to help if needed. Well-behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.

Sidmouth is a charming Regency town with an unspoiled seafront and many individual and interesting shops. There is a large, sandy beach at low tide and access to the South-West coast path - the visitor is spoilt for choice for beautiful walks and fantastic views of coastline and countryside. Good bus links to Exeter, Lyme Regis and other neighbouring towns. Facilities in Sidmouth include a swimming pool, an independent cinema and a theatre.

Firstly, a big 'Thank you' to Deborah and John, the hosts, for a warm, friendly welcome and helpful advice. The Annexe is delightful: cosy, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and in a lovely location. The Byes Park is so near and ideal for walking with my dog. We enjoyed visiting the Donkey Sanctuary, Bicton Gardens and the interesting town of Sidmouth itself. Well deserves a second visit.

The annexe that we stayed in was clean, welcoming and friendly. John and his wife are lovely people and always on hand if you need them. This is a brilliant advert for Sidmouth and one where we will no doubt visit again. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

The Annexe Sidmouth

This is our third stay here. The accommodation is excellent very clean and located in a good position for the Byes and a short walk to the beach. The parking is an added bonus.

A very comfortable and well equipped property. Its location so near The Byes was ideal for walking the dog and yet the town was within a 10 minute walk. The parking space very helpful! Our hosts were very welcoming and they were very tolerant of our embarrassingly noisy terrier.

A great stay in Sidmouth

Bright, comfortable, clean and well equipped especially in the kitchen area. The hosts were accommodating for changed circumstances and travel disruption. They were friendly and responded to messages very quickly. Superb location for park, beach, shops and walks.

Small but perfect

We had a very nice short break in Sidmouth. Perfect location for accessing the centre and the esplanade on foot, even the beautiful gardens on the other side of town. No need to use the car at all unless you want to go further afield. Would be very happy to stay at this property again in the future.

Amazing Location

Love the area and the coastal walks, perfect base for a short stay and great hosts. The accommodation is very compact and personally we found that it didn’t offer enough privacy with the hosts and family walking past frequently but this was our first experience of an annex!! and us being fussy rather than it being a problem.

Wonderful

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this wonderful annex accommodation. Own entrance, parking space, secure outside space for the dog, a stones throw from The Byes for excellent dog walking and 5 minutes into town and 10 minutes to seafront. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Just perfect. Which is why we keep returning.
