ideally located halfway (2.5 kms) from cavalaire and the valmer cross, it benefits from local shops (supermarket, restaurants, various shops ...) and the stop of the free shuttle near the residence.
fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), living room with sleeping accommodation for 2 people (sofa bed), 1 bedroom with double bed for 2 people and adjoining bathroom, separate wc. possibility to eat outside on the balcony not overlooked.

Saubere nette Wohnung, nahe zum Strand

Mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Supermarkt ist wenige Minuten entfernt, die Hauptverkehrsstrasse ist leider nicht zu überhören. Zum Strand ist es nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Freundliche Vermieterin. Auf dem Balkon lässt es sich schön am Morgen und am Abend sitzen, gelegentlich sind mehrere grüne Papageien im nahen Eukalyptusbaum zu sehen und zu hören. Alles in Allem ein nette Wohnung.

Agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut !

L’appartement est bien équipé, propre et très bien situé. Proche de la plage du débarquement et du sentier du littoral. Les jours on l'on ne souhaite pas marcher, on peut prendre une navette qui permet de se rendre à des plages plus loin sans avoir à se garer. On se sent bien accueilli par Françoise. Je recommande .

Appartement parfait pour vacances estivales

L'appartement de Françoise est parfait : Bien équipé, fonctionnel, très propre. La plage est accessible à pied pour la plus proche, en navette pour les autres... on rejoint le centre ville de la Croix Valmer en 5 minutes en voiture... bref, idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Je recommande!

Séjour du 12 aout au 02 septembre 2012 Une location du dimanche au dimanche est déjà une excellente idée. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, pas de surprise. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui reste joignable et disponible pendant le séjour. Appartement propre, et bien équipé. Il n'y a rien de trop mais ne manque rien. Clim appréciable en rentrant de la plage (même si elle avait quelques ratés de fonctionnement). Couchage de bonne qualité. Situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, à 100m d'un "spar" où on peut trouver de tout, et surtout appartement et environnement très calme. Aucun bruit de circulation ou de foule. Excellent rapport qualité prix Rien à reprocher, je pense que j'y retournerais
