Loved the condo. Had everything we needed. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs storage closet was very useful and kept all the sand and dirty beach stuff out of the condo.

Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Property and location were great. Everywhere we wanted/needed to go was either walking distance or less than a 15 minute drive. Getting to and from Daytona International Speedway was a breeze (even with all the race traffic). When we weren’t on the beach we were hanging out on the balcony overlooking the beach. It was very peaceful. Overall great experience. We will definitely visit again!

Great Property! Lots of Room, beach feel and really wonderfully Decorated. Had almost every thing we needed. They need more towels and nicer washcloths but that was our only complaint. We really enjoyed our time and would use this Property again!

This is our 2nd condo in one of the newest buildings in the Daytona Beach area. It is the same floorplan as our other listing no. 475219.

We lived in Daytona for a few years, fell in love with the laid back atmosphere yet busy and full of activity only parts of the year. We decided to buy this Condo to enjoy the beach and the surrounding activities. We live an hour away from Daytona Beach.
