The residence is made up of fifteen villas of 2 apartments.
Very raised and flowery with supervised swimming pool.
A pedestrian path takes you to the main beach of Pinarello about 500m
On the beach: diving center, sailing school, boat rental, water skiing and jet skiing, bar and beach restaurant.
In the marine village you will find lively bars and numerous restaurants

Our apartment is located upstairs with double exposure terrace with sea view.
It consists of a living room with open kitchen (microwave, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher ...), a sitting area with corner sofa, a double bedroom with shower wc, a bedroom with 4 beds, a bathroom with shower and double sinks and wc, a room with washing machine, storage on the ground floor.

the terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, electric awning, barbecue.
