Beautiful soft-modern 3 BD/2.5 BA house minutes from Downtown/Broadway and all of the great Nashville pockets such as The Gulch, Midtown and Green Hills! Restoration Hardware decor throughout offers a super luxurious feel! TVs in every bedroom!

Historic West Town, also known as The Nations is one of Nashville's most hip, up and coming neighborhoods. It is in a transitional phase so there is some construction, but nothing noisy or disturbing. One of the best locations in Nashville to be anywhere in less than 10 minutes!

Layout:
Our home has two levels of living space and rooftop deck above. First floor is open floor plan, including living room, dining and kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Master with King size bed and private bath and full size -over full size bunk
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack-and-jill style bathroom. One bedroom has a King size bed and the other has a new King bed. There are also two air mattresses and bedding available for guests. Powder Bath is downstairs.

Sleeps 10 people in 5 beds: (3) King, (1) Full-over-Full Bunk

Also Queen Air Mattresses available at the home.

Guests will have access to new, full-size washer and dryer.

We are here to assure that you have a key code and answer any questions you may have. You will have privacy and the ability to enjoy your own experience with no unwanted interaction.

Linens and towels provided. Two parking spaces provided in front and additional parking alongside pad of home. Toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, detergent, dishes, etc. all provided. Save money on eating, parking and gas!

Updated, well decorated and clean. It felt very comfortable for my family. Loved that they had coffee pods and was in a cute neighborhood. Only 10-15 from downtown and had a cool brewery and coffee place that we walked to. Definitely would stay again.

Bachelorette party

We had 8 of us staying here for my Bachelorette party and it was perfect! The rooftop was amazing and the owners are so sweet! Plus an Uber to Broadway was only a 10 minute ride which was great! 10/10 would recommend and will for sure stay again!

Great family vacation retreat

Spent about a week on vacation with family exploring Nashville and surroundings. Stayed at this clean, well planned, what seemed like new vrbo. Wonderful stay. Lots of elbow room. Nice neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown and suburbs. Lauren answered any questions we had. Highly recommend for a carefree stay.

Amazing stay!

The property was fabulous, even better than the photos showed. Quiet neighborhood with a great place for daily walks but convenient to shopping, dining, etc. The property manager was fantastic about communicating and checking that we had everything we needed, even allowing us to check in a little early and offering late checkout if we needed it. We were on a girls' trip for a few days, and if we ever return to Nashville for another event, we'll definitely be rebooking here. Stellar experience!!

Great location and prepared for everything you need

We came in town for a wedding and also a weekend out celebrating a 13th birthday. Great house, fenced yard for football throwing by day, walking distance to nearby brewery and evenings out of the town within 15 minutes to anything we did-downtown, Bellevue, opry, etc.. The hosts thought of everything in stocking the kitchen and preparing the house with optimal seating and sleeping arrangements to linens & cleaning supplies.

Amazing!

Oh my goodness this place was so beyond perfect!! Immaculate, for one. Plenty of open space for our group of 9. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a vacation home. Hosts were so kind and helpful. We had friends getting in at all different times and they were able to accommodate an early check in. We also worked with a bachelorette party company for decor and they were able to accommodate that as well. The girls raved about this spot all weekend. 10 minutes from downtown which was perfect for us. Easy to find in a quaint quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee too! MUST STAY!

A lovely, quiet place with access to all the noise!

First, the most important thing to me is the property I stay in is CLEAN. And this one was! Moreover, I appreciate access to cleaning supplies like Clorox wipes and sprays to maintain the areas we use if we stay for several days (this kitchen is gorgeous, and we definitely had dinner in). Second, location! This area is young, newer, some families and great walk ability to Nations sites (Fat Bottomed Brewery and Rock N Dough Pizza were standouts for us). Free parking in a city--definitely a plus. Mattresses were super comfortable. We had zero trouble getting an Uber downtown for dinner. A feature I don't think is mentioned is how large the yard is--I traveled with teens who appreciated the spacious rooms and roof views, but when they were younger I would definitely have enjoyed the space to let them run off some energy. Not a detail is skipped here. I've stayed in places that scrimped on appliances, but this has a REAL dishwasher that does the job. We even joked the countertops were TOO nice! Plenty of towels, and no hidden surprises on "wash this, clean that" before you leave. Do reccomend, and I am pretty picky! It got an "A" from two middle aged adults, a senior, and two teenagers.

Even though some family couldn't make it, we loved your house and it's proximity to our son who lives close-by. Layout is great and beds very comfortable. Love the roof top deck! We plan to book it again!

We rented this property for our daughter's wedding. The property was very clean and spacious and in the perfect location for all of the events of the week. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent this property again!

Girls Retreat
