Un apartamento para adultos

La decoración del apartamento. Las zonas comunes y piscinas muy agradables, sin contar los portales. La terraza es fantástica, pero muy incomodo su acceso y peligroso para niños pequeños. La cocina debería tener un escurre cubiertos. La plancha esta sucia y no nos atrevimos a utilizarla. Deberían hablar con los servicios de la comunidad los partales están sucios y las escaleras no las barren nunca. (En el portal Hubo un salva sleep mas de 5 días tirado en las escaleras)

Hemos puesto un escurre cubiertos y revisado la limpieza de la plancha. En cuanto la limpieza de los pasillos hemos pasado la información a los mantenedores de la urbanización.

schönes Appartment in toller Lage

wir fanden die Lage sehr gut - Direkt am Strand mit Meehrblick Die Terasse ist super. Dies Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Den Stellplatz dür das Auto war ebenfalls super. Der Pool ist super und sehr sauber. Das Appartment oder die Anlage sollte renoviert werden. Teilweise Rost und am Balkongeländer war teilweise die Farbe abgeblättert. Im Bad fallen Amaturen ab. Es waren keine Strandhantücher, sowie keine Liegen oder Stühle für den Strand und Pool vorhanden - das war ungünstig. Terasse und Möbel sollte besser gepflegt werden.

La tranquilidad de la zona y los apartamentos, la perfecta ubicación junto a la playa, así como el buen funcionamiento de todas las instalaciones y servicios . Muy recomendable para disfrutar de unos días de descanso, también he de resaltar la profesionalidad de la empresa " Isla canela tours"

Ubicación y urbanización. Creo que es de las mejores de la primera línea. Pago en efectivo obligatorio de 2/3 del importe. Vuestros motivos se intuyen claros, y parece práctica habitual en el sector, pero es muy incomodo para el cliente, desde todos los puntos de vista.

OPINION SPBRE APTO LAS DUNAS 150

El apartamento esta bien en líneas generales, y la azotea es muy buena Se pueden mejorar varias cosas: en el apartamento falta un sacacorchos, una tabla de cocina (para cortar) y unas tijeras. Y vendría muy bien afilar los cuchillos, ya que no corta ni uno solo. También tenemos que dejar constancia de la limpieza de la vajilla, ya que cuando llegamos varias bandejas de cristal estaban sucias

Equipamiento muy completo. Limpieza. Decoración/mobiliario. Ubicacion. Muy buena Wifi. Tranquilidad. Aislamiento acústico del apartamento respecto del pasillo del ascensor/rellano. La cama grande estaría mejor con dos almohadas.

Summer of 2018

The way the shared pool was managed was fantastic, letting the kids enjoy the pool without letting them run it made it possible to enjoy every minute. Having the roof with the sun beds was just great, peace, quiet and relaxation equals fantastic. The air conditioning was worth it’s weight in gold. We loved the apartment, we loved the area, we loved the pool, we loved the roof, we had a fantastic time! It would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen, coffee maker was great but boiling water in a pot for a cup of tea was a bit of a pain.
