Το δάπεδο είναι φτιαγμένο από ναξιακό μάρμαρο. Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα μονόκλινο δωμάτιο- γραφείο, 2 μπάνια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και σαλόνι. Το μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει κρεβάτι king size (160x200) με φώτα ανάγνωσης, συρταριερα με 6 συρτάρια, κρεμάστρα ρούχων με μικρή σιδερώστρα και τουαλέτα / καθιστικό με καθρέφτη. Το μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι (145x200) με φώτα ανάγνωσης, μια ντουλάπα με καθρέφτη, ένα γραφείο και κρεμάστρες. Το κυρίως μπάνιο διαθέτει μεγάλο ντους, μεγάλο νιπτήρα με καθρέφτη, μπιντέ και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών. Το μικρό μπάνιο διαθέτει ντους, μικρό νιπτήρα με καθρέφτη και μπιντέ. Η έκταση του κήπου είναι περίπου 300 m2.
3 καταπληκτικές αμμώδεις παραλίες είναι πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι: η Αγία Άννα και η Πλάκα βρίσκονται μόλις 100-200 μέτρα και ο Άγιος Προκόπιος 1 χιλιόμετρο. Το κέντρο / λιμάνι της Αγίας Άννας απέχει μόλις 300 μέτρα από το σπίτι με πολλά παραλιακά και πισίνα μπαρ, καφετέριες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων, σούπερ μάρκετ, ΑΤΜ, θαλάσσια σπορ κ.λπ. Μόλις 6 χλμ από τη Χώρα της Νάξου, 7 χλμ από το λιμάνι και 4 χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο. Σας προτείνω να μην νοικιάσετε αυτοκίνητο, γιατί ό, τι χρειάζεστε είναι πολύ κοντά και η μεταφορά με λεωφορείο είναι πολύ συχνή! Σε περίπτωση ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτου, παρακαλώ να νοικιάσετε ένα μικρότερο αυτοκίνητο, επειδή ο δρόμος που έρχεται κατευθείαν στο σπίτι είναι αρκετά στενός! Υπάρχει ένας μεγαλύτερος δρόμος και ένας δημόσιος χώρος στάθμευσης διαθέσιμος κοντά, αν οι επισκέπτες έχουν ένα μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο! Η στάση του δημόσιου λεωφορείου απέχει μόλις 200 μέτρα από το σπίτι. Το καλοκαίρι το λεωφορείο πηγαίνει στην πόλη της Νάξου (Χώρα), στον Άγιο Προκόπιο και στην Πλάκα κάθε μισή ώρα στην υψηλή περίοδο (Ιούλιος-Αύγουστος), αλλά όχι τόσο συχνά στη χαμηλή περίοδο.
Υπάρχουν πολλά ταξί που μπορούν να σας μεταφέρουν από την πόλη της Νάξου στην Αγία Άννα και αντίστροφα.

St. George’s House, Agia Anna

I can highly recommend this property, it is an ideal holiday home, comfortable, spacious, clean, new, well equipped and pretty with lovely outdoor spaces as well. Our hosts were delightful, excellent beaches and a huge choice of restaurants all within walking distance. We had a truly wonderful holiday on a very friendly and scenic island.

Great family house

The house was super clean, cool and quite with all commodities for a long journey. The trees in the garden offers shade in the afternoon. The beds are comfortable, and the house is located close to the beach and taverns, all the ingredients for a perfect stay.

The home is lovely and conveniently located close to the beach. A short walk to many nice cafes and shopping. A perfect location. The back garden of the home was beautiful and very relaxing. A perfect spot to sit and enjoy good company. Our host Kostas was wonderful, taking care of any requests or questions we had. The home itself is tastefully decorated, very clean and just enough space for 4-6 people or family. We would absolutely stay there again and will recommend to all that may inquire.

Kostas is a wonderful host - communicative, friendly, happy to answer questions etc. The best host I have ever experienced to be honest. His property is an immaculate 3 bed (two doubled, one single) house really close to the beaches. All white goods were functioning and excellent spec, bedding and towels high quality, aircon and hot water reliable and effective. Just a lovely place to stay.

Absolutely delightful house and location. The house is gorgeous, immaculately presented and thoughtfully designed with beautiful decorations and excellent quality appliances and fittings. We had a wonderful time, 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 11). Agia Anna is a small marina with lots of choice for restaurants, shops and a super beach. Easily accessed by local bus from the main Naxos port. House is in a small estate, set back from the main road which means it is very quiet and peaceful. The seating area is cool and shady on account of the trees and the interior also cool due to the design and use of marble. Air con in the main bedroom is available but we hardly used it. The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful - we just wished we'd stayed longer!

The house with everything

Brilliant location very near two beaches with bars and restaurants. Friendly helpful host who responded when help needed but left us free to fully enjoy our stay. A very clean, attractive house with excellent facilities and full of interesting personal touches. The interior was amazingly cool. The well planned garden had shady parts, facilities for young children and a well designed seating area. The front terrace captured the afternoon and evening sun. We would highly recommend this delightful house for a really great holiday!

Best place ever!

Saint Nicholas House was a beautiful, clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodation. It was steps to Plaka beach and Ag. Anna. The most wonderful Taverna Paradiso was just down the road. Tables on the beach, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there on different days. It was magical! The house was fully equipped with anything you could have needed. Kostas was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful.

Superb Family home in Agia Anna

We loved our stay in this spacious Naxian home. It is set off the main drag, in quiet farmland, a short walk to Agia Anna beach. The garden courtyard is pretty and shaded, and has balls and beach toys for active kids. The house itself has marble floors and traditional white walls with built in furniture, plus unique artwork by the host, Elli. It was superbly clean. Kostas and Elli were fabulous hosts, friendly and accommodating, even managing to find and have delivered a bag we had left in a taxi. Thanks, Kostas! We hired a car to get around for a couple of days, although we preferred Agia Anna beach itself to others on the island, as it is sheltered and calm. The shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away. Best things - sunsets on the beach, shady courtyard with space to play. Lovely hosts. Only downsides - no beach towels provided; the house itself has no beach view (hence quiet and sheltered).

Wir ( 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ) haben den Urlaub in diesem Objekt sehr genossen. Das Haus war wunderschön und von der Größe her total ausreichend für uns. Richtig Super war auch der tolle, große Garten. Grade die Kinder hatten dort mega viel Spaß, wenn wir nicht grade am nahegelegenen Strand waren. Vielen Dank an Kostas für so ein schönes Feriendomizil und auch den super netten und schnellen Kontakt wenn man Fragen oder sonstiges hatte ! We had a very nice stay in a very well kept and great house. The owner and his wife were very friendly and always made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The house and the location are great, we were there in October and you could still go swimming on the beautiful beaches or hiking in the surrounding area. Tout d'abord, merci à Kostas, notre hôte. Il est toujours disponible et souriant. A la poindre question, la réponse arrive immédiatement. La maison est d'une propreté exemplaire et très bien conçue. Tout est là pour passé un séjour agréable. Le jardin et la terrasse permettent d'alterner lieux de déjeuner et dîner. On est bien. Une maison idéale pour une famille qui aime être tranquille. Et à 200 mètres à peine, sans un bruit vous dérangeant, les restaurants et les plages vous attendent. Que demander de plus ?

Besonders Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen im Sommer in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Teenagern dort. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Plaka Strand, welcher sicherlich einer der schönsten von Naxos ist. Man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß dort. Es liegt weit genug von der kleinen Uferstraße entfernt, so dass man durch diese nicht gestört ist. Wir waren das vierte Mal auf Naxos und das war bisher unser bestes Haus. Wir würden auf jeden Fall dieses Haus wieder buchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation klappt einwandfrei und immer sofort auf Englisch. Im Haus mangelt es wirklich an nichts. Sogar Olivenöl, Kaffee, Klopapier, Seife, etc. wird wöchentlich nachgefüllt. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein Korb mit herrlichen Aprikosen vom Baum im Garten sowie Aprikosenmarmelade daraus. Einfach nur köstlich. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Garten, in dem die Besitzer kleine Gemüsebeete angelegt haben, aus dem wir täglich Tomaten, Gurken, Zwiebeln u.a. ernten konnten. Die Betten sind die besten, die ich je in einem Urlaubsdomizil hatte und das Schlafzimmer lässt sich hervorragend lüften, so dass wir die Klimaanlage nie genutzt haben. Ich habe noch nie so gut in einem Ferienhaus geschlafen. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Theoretisch braucht man kein Auto, da die Bushaltestelle auch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Grundsätzlich würde ich aber auf Naxos immer ein Auto empfehlen. Das Haus hat keinen Blick auf‘s Meer, aber man sitzt sehr schön im Garten unter einem Baum, der den ganzen Tag Schatten spendet. Abends kann man fußläufig die vielfältigen Restaurants am Plaka Strand erreichen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Excellent location and home

Location of this home is perfect—walking distance to Agia Anna and Plaka beaches and easy bus access to old town Naxos. Kostas and Ellie are very helpful and warm hosts—loved the home-made apricot marmalade! We had two adults and three young adults (20, 20 and 18) and slept comfortably. We hope we can return some day.

Perfect tranquility

We had an absolutely wonderful time on beautiful Naxos and hope to return someday. Kostas was very helpful, and we enjoyed Ellie’s artwork and apricot jam very much. Ellie is so talented, I wish she could decorate my home! The house was very comfortable for our family of four. We felt like we were out in the country, but we were just a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. In addition to Agia Anna beach, we recommend Plaka and Agios Prokopios. We also loved being able to pick fruit from the trees in the garden and make fresh lemonade. When I think back happily on our time in Greece, I will think of Naxos and Saint Nicholas house.

Perfect house for special family holiday

My family (myself, husband and 3 sons aged 12,11 and 7) stayed here for 9 nights. The property was perfect for us - in a quiet location close to fantastic beaches and huge choice of restaurants and bars. The house is really lovely - lots of care and attention in making a special home. The garden is quiet and private too. We had fresh jam and figs on our arrival which we enjoyed for several days. Kostas made us very welcome and met us and then helped us with our taxi when we were leaving. We loved Naxos - the beaches are great and we hired a car to drive across the island on one day as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and special holiday.

I was born in Athens, and I studied civil engineering. My mother is from Naxos and we used to come to Naxos every Easter and the whole summer time! I work and live permanently in Naxos since 2014.

Why they chose this property

I holidayed in this location since I was born! I love this house because me and my wife put a lot of personal work and taste on it!

What makes this property unique

Just a few steps from 2 of the greatest and most touristic beaches, Plaka and Agia Anna, but in a very quiet place and at 100 meters distance from the beach road! The decoration of the house is in traditional style of the island with naxian marble and wood. There are many unique, handmade objects inside the house.
