LUXURY NEW AUVERGNE HOUSE TREMOUILLE ST LOUP MAXIMUM 10/12 PEOPLE

New luxurious modern house of 200 m2 with a plot of 1600M2, cinema room, billiard room, large screen, internet, large fitted kitchen. Possibility 10/12 maximum beds, price depending on the number of people. New wc upstairs at the request of our tenants.
Close to ski resorts (10km), spas, forests, lakes and rivers, beaches around the chateau de val, which are waiting for you to swim. During the period from September 15 to October 15 you can hear the roar of the deer and of course collect the ceps and giroles during the mushroom seasons. Located about 50 km vulcania where you will enter inside a volcano. Bort les orgues is 8 km away, its dam is wonderful, it is 4th in France and retains the Dordogne where you can take boat trips. You can also discover the delicious cheeses from Auvergne that await you with all the gastronomy of the region. At your disposal a 32m2 dog park and a possibility to take fresh eggs in the chicken coop with your children.

Very nice stay - recommended

I stayed here for a week as a base for the Tour de France in the Massif Central. This is a family style house and perfect for a stay in the area. Clean, modern, with everything needed. The garden and terrace are lovely.in the evening. The owners are very lovely couple - little English spoken but no problem - they have an amazing speaking translation appli. Would absolutely recommend. Merci La famille Dion.

Summer vibes in Trémouille-Saint-Loup

The owners of the holiday house gave us a warm welcome. A house tour and explanation how equipments work was nice and handy. We enjoyed our vacation in Trémouille-Saint-Loup very much! The weather was very good, the village has close access to shops, touristic attractions and the Auvergne is a beautiful area, especially département Puy-de-Dôme. We recommend staying in the holiday home of André and Suzanne Dion!

La location est confortable et propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et charmants.À savoir, la location se trouve à 35mn des premiers centres d’intérêts sur les volcans d’Auvergne.C’est un détail mais c’est à savoir, les consommations électriques sont à payer en plus, pour nous, elles étaient de 20 la semaine.

Super séjour, un grand merci

Merci à Mr et Mme DION pour leur super accueil, ainsi que pour la maison qui est très propre, calme et très agréable. Couchages très confortables, bien équipée en équipements (lave-vaisselle, barbecue, four, micro-ondes, billard, vaisselle et couverts en grand nombre). Se serait un plaisir de renouveler notre réunion de famille dans ces lieux.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à tremouille, pas très loin des station chastreix (25 min) et superbesse (40min). La maison est grande, moderne et propre. La cuisine et salon un peu juste pour 12 mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Il ne manque de rien, la vaisselle est conséquente, on avait même les condiments dans les placards. On a pu faire quelques parties de billards et profiter de la salle de cinéma. On a fait plusieurs rando a pied juste à côté de la maison. C'est un coin très calme et reposant.

Séjour agréable, malheureusement entaché par quelques bugs de la réservation d'abritel, qui avait fait sauter que nous venions avec des enfants, mettant les propriétaires devant le fait. Idem avec abritel qui indique que les animaux sont autorisés pour cette location alors que les propriétaires ne le souhaitaient pas. Bref, petits malentendus donnant une mauvaise "condition d'entrée", mais séjour agréable malgré cela.

Très belle maison, très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup de place, une belle terrasse et tout le matériel de cuisine qu'il faut. Elle est très bien située, au carrefour de nombreuses promenades, et dans un endroit tellement calme, un vrai bonheur! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, Ils nous ont donné de très bonnes indications sur la région et grâce à leurs précieux conseils, nous avons pu par exemple observer biches faons, et cerfs à la lisière des bois. Un régal pour les yeux. SUPER!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très bien agencée, très propre et très bien équipée. Le billard a été très investi 😊 Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. La maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme mais assez proche en voiture de sites et villages à découvrir.

Meilleur vacances de Pâcques!

Impossible de trouver un hôte plus chaleureux. Notre séjour était tout ce que nous pouvions souhaiter et plus encore. La maison est propre et exactement comme sur les photos, le jardin est grand et bien entretenu. Merci Madame et Monsieur Dion pour un vacances mémorables.

Maison très agréable à vivre dans un bel espace vert au sein d'un petit village tranquille. Très bon accueil des propriètaires . Location bien située pour les differentes activités: ski, ballades ou randonnées et visites touristiques.
