We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!
Close to ASU and Tempe Marketplace. 10 min. drive to Diablo Stadium. Clean and cute casita. The host,Charles, was very attentive and cordial. Hope this place is available for our stay next year for Spring Training.
Charles was extremely attentive as a host. Cute place and convenient location. Great tiled shower!

Great place to stay!
The owner responded quickly to all questions before arrival. The bungalow is cute and well-equipped and centrally located to interstates, making travel throughout the Valley easily accessible. The neighborhood is safe, and there is a park nearby if traveling with pets. My husband and I would recommend this property.

Nice, functional unit in Phoenix
We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Phoenix. Close to grocery store and easy to get to. We were there when it was 122 degrees and the unit was hot and never really cooled off, but other than that it was great!

Perfect getaway!
We come to Spring Training each year and this location was perfect. We went to three games, quick Lyft rides, restaurants are close by as well. Charles is a great host. The studio is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the Mexican market that was close by with fresh salsas, meats, dips and tortillas. Bought all the ingredients to cook most dinners at the house. Thank you Charles!
Overall, this is a cute little place and very private. We felt at ease coming and going. Charles the host is very friendly and easy going and can fill you in on a lot of happenings in the Tempe area. After the initial check in, we were left to our "casita" as I liked to call it. The casita is small but very comfortable. There is limited space for suitcases and clothes etc., so just keep that in mind. The neighborhood is very cute, and many people are out and about walking. Overall, it was a good stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
The property was listed as an apartment but the listing didn't fully convey that it was just on the side connected to a main house lived in
Small studio attached apartment. Overall our stay was fine. Heads up- the fridge is a mini & the full size bed was quite firm/stiff. I have a bad back which is likely why I would not revisit these accommodations. Charles was very pleasant & available for any questions throughout the stay.
From check in to checkout, Charles was a great host! The room was perfect for our needs. Besides the amazing location we needed, it had all the amenities - full kitchen for cooking, laundry machines, and an amazing bathroom space (and more). The patio was shady and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and will try and reserve it again when I come back.
This little “casita” was perfect for my husband and I. Charles was friendly and attentive and the property was clean and well stocked. Loved the recently remodeled bathroom with spacious shower.
I am delighted I picked this rental for my stay. Charles is a really friendly, knowledgeable host, and I’d absolutely stay again if I visit the area again. The fresh grapefruit (grown in the backyard) was a great touch!
This studio offers easy access to all things in Tempe and beyond. Hop on the light rail, free Tempe Orbit buss or get on the close convenient freeways to be anywhere in the Valley in a short time. Chicago Cubs Spring Training ballpark is very close. We frequented the Riverview Park for daily walks.
Thank you, Charles
