The terrace allows guests of the house to relax in the sun and dining alfresco on the warm summer evenings. It is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, sun loungers, umbrellas and an indispensable charcoal barbecue. The outdoor dining area is fitted with wrought iron chairs made in wrought iron table and Vietri ceramics.
The terrace leads to the main entrance of the house, disposed on two floors. The ground floor is composed of a living area furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and satellite TV; the dining area with a 8 sit table, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and the kitchen, equipped with stove with six burners, extractor hood, dishwasher and microwave.Also on this floor is 1 double bedroom (king sized bed) with access to the main terrace and 1 bathroom with shower.
Twelve steps lead to the upper floor, where there are 3 double bedrooms (2 with king size bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and 1 bathroom with shower. The 3 rooms have all sea views, one with access to a large terrace with view, equipped with sun loungers, a second one with access to a sea view balcony, and the third with french balcony and sea view.
