nice apartment, lovely pool area, quiet, although it was scary passing the prostitutes/muggers, at night/early hours. this would not stop me staying again.

Un bon séjour bien qu'un peu bruyant

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse , la piscine. C'est un bâtiment familial. Nous avons toujours trouvé de la place dans le parking. C'est un appartement avec beaucoup d'aération (fenêtres) avec des courants d'air agréables qui ne nécessitent pas d'allumer la clim. Il y a une clim dans le salon et les 2 chambres. Le matelas et le sommier du lit double étaient très usés, très inconfortables. Je l'ai signalé apres ma premiere nuit. Apres constatation de l'agent envoyé par l'agence, dans la journée, on nous a livré un sommier et matelas tout neuf le lendemain. Je remercie les efforts qui ont été faits par l'agence pour me remettre les clés des 11h00. Il est bien que les jours soient flexibles car beaucoup d'agences imposent des locations par quinzaine ou du samedi au samedi. Je repasserai par Fincas Arena pour une prochaine location à Benidorm. Nous avons été déçus pour le suivi du problème que nous avons eu avec le frigo. Nous avions signalé qu'il ne refroidissait pas. L'agent, José, a constaté le dysfonctionnement. Il est repassé avec son collegue pour nous livré le nouveau matelas. Comme ils n'avaient pas de solution. José m'a dit qu'un technicien passera. . Ila sonnette de la porte d'entrée ne fonctionne pas, elle devra être réparée.

Great location for sea front and entertainment. Big apartment recently refurbished bathrooms

Location of apartment was excellent, and surrounding area was very well maintained. Both bathrooms had been recently refurbished and were excellent. The balcony was good for sitting in the sun on an afternoon, but the patio furniture was very poor and needs to be replaced. Photographs of the apartment on the site showed sunbeds around the pool, however on arrival there were non available unless you are prepared to go and buy them. Air conditioning is available in the apartment but check when booking if the cost is included as it is 10 euro per day if not. Kitchen is clean but a bit tired, however several problems with insects appearing from behind the worktop edging strips.
