Brilliant location apartment is basic but good value for money everything you need except Wi-Fi which is very important for people! Communication from apartment manager very poor i messaged him 3 time's any didn't receive a reply? But as i said fantastic location short walks to everything any the sea and beach only few metres away. Think AC should be included in the price and 10 a day is a lot to pay.

A minha paixão

Há 30 anos que gozo férias em Benidorm e certamente, se a saúde mo permitir, serão mais alguns. É a minha segunda terra, para onde me transferia se económicamente me fosse possível. Passo sempre umas férias muito agradáveis e recomendo aos meus amigos. Ao nível de estadia, e já vão 5 anos sempre no mesmo apartamento, quero dizer que é sempre a mesma coisa. Não tem mudado rigorosamente nada om que por vezes o torna um pouco cansativo. Há que melhorar nos utensílios de cozinha, para que não aconteça o que aconteceu este ano, que tive que pedir uma faca de cortar legumes, uma saladeira e ainda uma tampa para o cifão da banca que não existe o que torna a situação um pouco incómoda e que não chegou a aparecer. Quanto ao resto nada a apontar, gosto do apartamento, da sua localização e não tenciono mudar. A minha avaliação geral é francamente positiva.

Nos cobraron el aire acondicionado y no funcionaba. Lo comentamos en la oficina y ni caso

La ubicación Verificar que lo que el cliente paga esté en perfectas condiciones.

Gracias por sus comentarios. Respecto al aire acondicionado podemos comentarles que ustedes llegaron en domingo, no habian solicitado el servicio de aire acondiconado que viene indicado como opcional, aun asi llamaron a la persona que entrega las llaves y abrió la oficina para entregarles el mando del aire acondicionado, el dia de salida pasaron por nuestra oficina a devolver las llaves y no comentarion nada acerca de que el aire no funciona ni tampoco acerca de la limpieza. Si nos comento que su hermana en febrero o habia pagado, y le contestamos que la calecaccion esta includa pero en verano la refrigeracion es un extra que se puede contratar o no. Un saludo

apartamento recomendado

gosto da localização e do conforto em termos futuros gostaria de ver melhorada os aseios, uma vez que existem odores um pouco incomodativos. O roupeiro também tem problemas com as puertas não estão a abrir como deviam.

Estimado cliente. Había un problema de fuga de agua al ducharse en la bañera y mojaba muebles del baño, hemos acometido unos arreglos y esperamos haberlos solucionado. Agradecemos profundamente el haberse molestado en comentarlos ayudandonos a mejorar el apartamento. Un cordial saludo

Estudio par dos personas bien situado y bonitas vistas

La ubicacion, las vistas. Que haya un empleado que te entregue las llaves el dia de llegada a la hora acordada. La amibilidad y profesionalidad de los empleados. Que fueran razonables con mis peticiones. Poner una percha para la toalla de lavabo. Quitar los dos sillones negros pues ya hay dos sillas y si la cama esta abatida quitan espacio al salon Dejar hasta las 12 el ultimo dia la salida del estudio.

Muchas gracias por su valoración y comentarios. Tomamos nota de sus comentarios y sugerencias y los comentaremos con el propietario. Respecto a la hora de salida, se indica claramente que es a las 10 de la mañana tanto a las agencias de viaje como en nuestra web, debido a que limpiar apartamentos no es como limpiar habitaciones de hotel y normalmente los clientes quieren entrar lo antes posible. No obstante, cuando nos es posible compaginar llegadas y salidas, no hay problema en alargar la estancia hasta las 11:30 o las 12:00 horas, el problema es no siempre es posible. Es mucho mas factible de noviembre a Abril, ya que al haber apartamentos libres , alternamos llegadas y salidas en diferentes apartamentos, pero en septiembre y octubre estamos casi completos. Esperamos contar con su visita en el futuro.

La ubicación, el edificio, su entorno y limpieza Las instalaciones del baño, perdidas en ducha y drenaje defectuoso de cañerías. Sería bueno contar con dos camas en vez de una grande Estimado cliente, gracias por sus comentarios, revisaremos la ducha y el desagüe.
