This was my second stay here, this time with my sister and as before it was fabulous. It feels like a cosy home rather than just a holiday let. Lots of pictures, books and things to make your stay easy. The self check in is great so it doesn’t matter what time you arrive. Perfect for us since we drove from the UK. The apartment is clean, tidy and wonderfully spacious. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we cooked frequently. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The large windows allowed plenty of sunshine to make it bright and airy. Parking directly outside, for free, is definitely a bonus. The bus stops to take you towards Nice or Monaco are only a few minutes walk away as is the beach. Perfect for getting around or soaking up the sunshine. We loved our time here and look forward to a return trip. Many thanks Massimo.

Absolutely wonderful

If I could give this property and Massimo 6 stars out of 5, I would. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and it was a joy to stay in it. It was well stocked with everything you could wish for and for the first time in a long time, I actually cooked whilst staying in an apartment. I loved the nautical theme of the decoration and spent ages just admiring all the pictures on the wall. Communication with Massimo was superb too, clear and precise instructions were given and he was only too happy to help. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend a stay, we loved it

Wonderful!

My partner and I spent 17 nights in Massimo’s lovely apartment. Away from the centre of Beaulieu, which we liked, but within an easy 15-20 minute stroll. The apartment is exactly as in the photographs. We loved the nautical scheme, well, you are by the beautiful Mediterranean! A very large and comfortable memory foam mattress on the bed in the spacious double bedroom. The single bedroom we only used for storage, but was adequately sized. The kitchen, all be it compact, was extremely well appointed with everything you could wish for. We cooked every night and had no problems. The shower room on the ground floor was very useful, especially when returning from the beach (nearest beach only a 5 minute walk). Being able to park the car, for free, directly outside the apartment was great. The key safe, so contactless check in and out, is a brilliant idea. Plenty of space throughout the apartment for us both to thoroughly relax and enjoy ourselves. Correspondence with Massimo was very efficient and easy throughout. Thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy your apartment, we will be back!

Prachtige locatie

Het verblijf was super, grote ruimte, dichtbij het strand. Airconditioning aanwezig en dat was echt nodig. Heel huiselijk ingericht. Tip er mag wel iets beter worden schoongemaakt, vooral onder kasten, bedden en stoelen. Maar voor de rest een prachtig verblijf met alle gemakken voorzien.

My daughter and I recently spent a week here, and it was perfect for us. We had all the amenities and space to move around with the two bedrooms, and although we weren’t within walking distance to the center of Beaulieu, since we had a car, it was no problem.

A perfect place to stay in a stunning location

The apartment was very well equipped. It was in a great location very close to the beach. To walk into the town it was about 20 mins and it was easy to get trains into Nice, Monaco and some of the other towns. We loved the decor of the apartment and especially the view from the shuttered windows. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you.

Séjour parfait, emplacement idéal !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille. Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour de l'arrivée au départ (système de coffre à code pour récupérer les clés à n'importe quelle heure) La région est magnifique, la plage à 2 minutes à pieds... Je recommande à 100% !
