Enjoy CHRISTMAS 2025 at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas South - where Santa arrives by canoe on Christmas morning!

We own a fixed location two bedroom Oceanview Villa in Building 3, Units 3321 and 3323, every Christmas week. The villa and its balcony overlook the beachfront park and palm trees, the beach and waves, and the island of Lanai. We are guaranteed this prime location every year. Most owners have a "floating" week - which means you don't know your actual villa location or view until check-in.

Check-in is on Saturday, DECEMBER 20 and check-out is on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2025.

This 2 -bedroom villa with full kitchen is well maintained and beautifully furnished in the aloha spirit as one would expect of the Westin! It sleeps up to 8 people (There are 2 king size Heavenly Beds and 2 sofa beds.) There is a full size bathroom with large shower and separate whirlpool tub on each side of the villa. The studio side also has a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove top. It also has a dining table and all the other amenities listed below. There is an outside balcony with patio furniture for enjoying the ocean view, the palm trees, the outrigger canoes gliding by just off-shore, and the sunset!

Units include:

Fully furnished kitchen with oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher; dining table; king size Westin Heavenly Bed; sofa bed; large shower and separate whirlpool tub; bed linens and towels; washer/dryer; flat screen TV, DVD and stereo; Wi-fi access and phone.

Tidy service is available for the replacement of towels, linens and housekeeping.

There is a nominal room tax (about $30 a day) charged by the State of Hawaii that must be paid upon check-out. Any incidental charges (on-site restaurants, optional activities, etc.) are also the responsibility of the renter.

Please google the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas website for additional photos and information on resort amenities. Enjoy the beach, pools and jacuzzis, or the Spa. The resort has 3 restaurants, barbeques, and a grocery store so you can eat out or at the villa. There is also a shuttle service to Lahaina, Whaler’s Village, and other facilities in the area.

Upon receiving confirmation of full payment, we will notify the resort and provide you with documentation that the villa has been reserved for your occupancy from SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20 to SATURDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2025.

Love Maui and this particular property is always great for families. Our hosts were great to deal with - easy communication and checked in often to ensure that we were ready for the trip. They even sent a nice note ahead to wish us a great stay. Would definitely rent from them again!

If you are considering staying at this Westin Kaanapali Villa - don't hesitate. Paul and Cathi were responsive and more than helpful. The unit has a prime location, overlooking the beach and ocean. We witnessed amazing sunsets right from our private balcony. The resort itself is spacious and gorgeous and has a great location. The unit is clean, well maintained and more than comfortable. Maui was magical, made even better by our stay here. You will be happy you selected this property!
