The villa, garden and pool which is not overlooked, is completely private (the pool is secured: fence and alarm)

The garden bloomed all summer and you will be pleased to pick your own vegetables in the garden: tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, peppers, beans, melons, strawberries, ... (automatic watering)

The sea is 10 minutes (sandy beaches or rocks), MARSEILLE-MARIGNANE international airport at 10 mm, AIX tgv station at 15 minutes
MARSEILLE and AIX in PROVENCE are 20 minutes, Sainte Victoire 45 minutes, ALPILLES 30 minutes, AVIGNON 1 hour, CAMARGUE 45 minutes.

The pool is flat: 140 cm deep (9.5m by 4.5m), it is equipped with a robot for cleaning.

A semi-shaded boules pitch, as well as a children's play area with: hut, swing, swing, trapeze trampoline (365 cm).

The cleaning fee is mandatory from the use of two rooms for one week;
