Bright and functional, this loft type town house is ideally located in the pedestrian shopping street of Lagny sur Marne, between Disneyland Marne la Vallée and Paris. In 20 minutes you are in Paris Gare de l'Est (the train station is 2 mn on foot), but also in the Kingdom of Mickey and Minnie and even at the airport Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle.

A perfect base for a group of friends or a large family (up to 8 people) who wish to visit Paris, relax at Disneyland but also enjoy the unspoilt environment of the Marne and Gondoire.

On the ground floor, 1 double bedroom with Italian shower and 1 WC. Large kitchen with central island, fully equipped, separate laundry. The living room is equipped with a pellet stove, a library (books and DVD), unlimited Internet access, Hi-fi system.

On the first level, 1 double bedroom + 1 pigeonnier with a double bed, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, 1 WC

The second level: 1 masterbedroom with bathtub, shower, WC.

Pedestrian shopping street: banks, bakeries, pharmacies, post office, tobacconists, bookstore, newspapers. But also every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm, attractive and convivial market: 45 fruit and vegetable traders, cheese, poultry, butcher, fish shop under the market hall and 75 traders on the open air market For the equipment of the person, the house and the service providers await you to serve you.

Paris Disney Visit

The property is gorgeous, a 5 star stay. Very comfortable, had everything we needed.Short drive to Disney. The area of the property is very nice, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location!

We loved this loft and the area! It opens right onto a pedestrian street with the kindest shop owners, our daughters loved exploring Lagny-Sur-Marny. Great jumping off point for either Paris or Disney. We were also there during a festival in Lagny-Sur-Marny, which our kids loved. The loft itself has a lot of space to spread out, and we loved the outdoor space. We have been to Paris before and stayed in the city - we much preferred our time in Lagny-Sur-Marne!

Amazing Property!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We wanted to be away from the chaos of city center, yet still have easy access to both City Center and Disneyland. This fits the bill perfectly for that. It's clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, well-equipped, close to restaurants and transportation. It was really fantastic and both Marilou and Aziz were very friendly and accomoodating.

Wow !!! what a great home for our Paris trip. Close to the train and bus station to make your way around with ease. Only 3 stops from the large main train station Gare L’Este that is a main hub to take trains, subway and buses to your destinations throughout Paris central.The online photos do not do the property justice. There are so many amenities not seen in photos. A dream kitchen to cook and share meals in with every kitchen gadget you could ever need. There is one bedroom on ground floor with a shower en-suite, the second floor has a bedroom with a full size bed with a loft with a bed up a ladder staircase above along with an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower. The top floor has a large bathroom with a huge bathtub shower combo and the final bedroom with a full /queen size bed. There is a laundry room and bathroom with a toilet and sink in the hallway behind the kitchen. Outside there is a patio table with bbq and bicycle and retractable shade awning (the awning retracts when it is windy or too much rain on its own) The living room has a good sized television and couch along with plenty of books, games and accessories.The town itself is so quaint and beautiful right along the river. The owner was very friendly and responsive whenever i had questions and her property manager was there to greet us and show us details about the home and the town and was so helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely be returning to this home in the future. Highly recommend it.

More than what I expected

It was a pleasure working with Marie-Louise, she answered all my questions and then some. She provided great suggestions on what we could do and how to get around. The house was perfect in every way. Condition was great! Cleanliness was great! Decor was great! Everything was great! I tried the electric tea kettle and lets just say, I have ordered one for myself back in the states. The beds were Even comfy...I wanted to pack mine away. The best part of our trip was Aziz! He was perfect!! He helped us with all of our questions, he ensured we were having fun in Paris and being cautious of our surroundings. I travel all over for work and stay in hotels all the time. But when I’m on vacation I love using home away. This was the best house and experience I have ever had. Thanks for a magical stay and when I come back to Paris...I’ll stay here again! Best base for Paris!

Where to begin... Wouldn't it be better to stay in a quaint town, with traditional market-fresh veggies, amazing fish, poultry, pork, beef, cheese, pastries - three traditional bakeries, two supermarkets, not to mention absolutely brilliant, multi-room modern flat with air conditioning, super cool and fun kitchen - just 30 mins from Paris? We loved our visit. You will too!

Fantastic Flat for large family close to Paris

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Disneyland Paris Dream Loft. The loft was just as described and pictured in the listing! Nicely decorated and the AC was a HUGE benefit! Aziz was very nice and quick to answer questions! After getting into contact with him, he met us upon arrival and showed us into the loft. We did not have service on our phones outside of wi-fi, but we were able to connect with him on the WhatsApp, and then had no trouble communicating any questions or concerns. He is a treasure and we very much enjoyed our interaction with Aziz! The loft itself is in a wonderful location with a small French town feel in a beautiful setting off the Marne River. We had fun every morning visiting several of the Patisserie locations right outside and up the pedestrian road from the loft. The shopkeepers were all so nice! The food market, open twice during our stay, was so fun to visit and seeing the wide eyes of our 4 teenage kids as they took it all in was priceless! There is also a regular grocery store within a short walk. Many thanks to the staff at Pizza Dell'Etna, as we visited there several times for late dinner take out! Another great benefit is the Office de Tourisme right by the loft, on the way to the train station. The staff was very nice and helpful! This town was AWESOME! We did not go to Disneyland, but if you were going there, it is very close. We instead visited Paris everyday. The train station is very convenient, just a 5 minute walk across the beautiful river. It did take about 30 minutes to get into Gare de l'Est, and then we caught the metro to wherever we were visiting in Paris each day. To explain our Overall rating: We picked this loft because we were 3 families traveling with a total of 10 people and the loft offered plenty of room to spread out and most importantly, 3 bathrooms/showers. This would be a perfect 5 star review but on arrival we learned the down stairs hot water heater was known to be leaking and had not been repaired yet. It went out on our 3rd day and left us with only one bathroom on the third level with hot water for the remainder of our 7 day stay(it had a separate hot water heater). We appreciated the apology but having been one of the main reasons we paid the extra money to stay at this location, it was disappointing. I know that it will be repaired for future visitors though and we 100% recommend staying here! If we were ever to return to Paris, we would stay here again!

Einfach nur phantastisch

In dieser Ferienwohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen waren wir am Abend immer wieder froh, in diese super klimatisierte FeWo zurückzukehren und die restlichen Stunden des Tages dort zu entspannen. Vielen Dank für alles. Gerne wieder.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The location was perfect. We walked out our front door onto a beautiful shopping street with bakeries, butchers, restaurants and cute little boutiques. About 2 blocks away is a gorgeous square with fountain and cafes all around. Less than a block away is the Marne river teaming with swans ready to devour your left over baguettes and a long walking path to enjoy. Easy access to Paris by train and only 20 minutes to Disney! We drove one hour to the Midevil walled city of Provins. Amazing! The townhouse is on 3 levels. First floor is huge eat in kitchen with every thing you could possibly need, a large comfy living room with tons of seating, a double bedroom with its own shower and sink, a utility with washer and dryer and a powder room with sink and toilet. Oh! And there is an enclosed outdoor deck with bbq, table and chairs to enjoy the sun and fresh air. There is a long flight of stairs to the second floor where there are 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom with shower and another outdoor deck. Lastly, up again about 6 stairs is the 4th bedroom and a separate bathroom with a large tub and double sinks. We were grateful there was air conditioner as it was hot! All the bedrooms had excellent air conditioning units operated by remote control. Air conditioning was not needed on the 1st floor as it was always cool there. The place was immaculate... the bedding was of high quality ( no scratchy sheets/ blankets), there are tons of books, games and DVD’s. If you don’t speak French.... no worries! Maria’s friend is just next door and speaks English... he was a tremendous help and very informative! My only suggestion would be to add a DVD player to the House. But the good end to that was less TV time for the children and more conversations! I highly recommend this property to everyone who wants a real French town experience outside Paris. Le rêve...

Réservé pour un séjour professionnel, quelle n'a pas été ma surprise en découvrant cette location de Haut Standing. La prestation est vraiment haut de gamme, la décoration est chic et raffinée, les chambres spacieuses (chacune équipée de sa propre salle de bain et de son propre Wc) , l'espace cuisine est magique avec son plan de travail immense et le salon très chaleureux. C'est comme si les propriétaires vous prêtez leur maison. Aucun bruit, ce qui est rare en région parisienne, pour des nuits parfaites et reposantes. Un séjour que je recommande chaudement. Merci à Mr Aziz pour sa gentillesse lors de la remise des clés ainsi que pour sa disponibilité. Merci encore au propriétaire de ce moment

Un loft sur tris niveau, idéal pour famille ou pour déplacement professionnel. Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut ( équipements, trés bonne literie, espaces) et des commerces à proximité. L’hote ainsi que la personne qui s’occupe du loft sont très accueil et on le soucis de bien être de l occupant. Un grand merci à eux. Nous reviendrons dès notre prochain séjour Parisien

Perfect Parisian Getaway

The owner was extremely attentive to our needs and very helpful with finding her home and assisting with any arrival questions we had. The home was very spacious and had too notch entertainment. There are several eateries and stores close by if you decide to cook,and also the train is close for commuting throughout the city. My family and I felt so welcomed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for large families/groups

Everything as described and more.

From the quaint village surroundings and the super friendly locals to the ease of public transportation and proximity to Paris, we just loved our stay. The owner was so helpful with everything leading up to our stay also. Highly recommend for any size group, and for kids! My kids loved the house and the area!!

Great Family Flat Close to Paris

This place was incredible. We stayed there with four adults and three children for three nights, and honestly can't think of anything that would make this place better. We zipped into Paris in about 25 minutes on the regional train, and the bus to Disneyland couldn't have been any easier. The owner was very responsive, and the location was amazing--right next door to a small market, many restaurants and shopping. The owner wasn't available during our visit, but she arranged for a store owner next door to let us in. He was simply amazing and took great care of us, showing us the bakery across the street, giving restaurant recommendations, and generally making sure we had a good time and had everything we needed. He really made an already amazing flat even better! I would not hesitate to stay here again--every little detail had been thought of, and the flat is finished beautifully.

Eramos 10 personas, 5 adultos y 5 Niños, al entrar la casa nos han dejado impresionada con la boca abierta y además los detalles que te puedes encontrar sin esperar. Séjour au top !

Séjour au top dans cet immense et agréable loft. On s'y sent chez soi tout de suite ! Lumineux, confortable et très pratique (il y a tout ce qu'il faut : draps, serviettes, vaisselle, wifi, etc.) Lagny est une petite ville paisible et charmante, à 20 minutes de Paris c'est vraiment l'idéal pour profiter de la capitale tout en séjournant au calme.

Génial

Accueil chaleureux, tout est à disposition pour se sentir immédiatement chez soi. Particulièrement bien entretenu et super bien équipé, cette location correspond parfaitement à la description de l’annonce. 3 couples d’amis et 3 enfants, chacun avait son espace nuit et les pièces communes (le patio, quel bonheur) sont de véritables invitations à rester sur place alors que nous avions concocté un programme de visites et d’activités chargé pour ces mini vacances. Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !

The place to be :)

This is a real sweet home away from home, so comfortable, well designed, great furniture ! Nothing is missing in the kitchen or otherwise. Our 5 teenagers enjoyed going twice to Disneyland Paris by bus (only 20 minutes) while we spent time visiting the Parisian museums. If you want to avoid the traffic jam and hustle of Paris, we recommend taking the train : the station (next to the bus station) is only minutes away from the rental crossing the Marne River. It takes only 20 minutes to reach Gare de l’Est. We also loved the market Sunday morning with an extended choice of fresh fruit, vegetable and so many different cheeses direct from the producers! Every morning we had our fresh baguette (bakery next door). We shall recommend this rental to our friends travelling to Europe hoping to come soon again !

Tout simplement génial

Idéal pour ce déplacement professionnel prolongé au mois d’août où mon épouse et les enfants m’ont rejoint une grand partie du séjour. C’est une maison aménagée en loft située à l’arrière d’un immeuble dans la zone piétonne. Au calme absolu, le mot magique est celui qui convient le mieux pour exprimer ce que l’on ressent dès l’entrée. Contrairement à d’autres locations que nous avons expérimentées, pas de vaisselle dépareillée ou ébréchée, ni draps ou serviettes usées ou démodées. Tout semble neuf et sent bon la propreté. Boulangerie, boucherie, charcuterie, épicerie, pharmacie, etc. tout est là. Le top du top c’est le grand marché couvert 3 fois par semaine. La voiture est restée au parking alors que je devais me rendre à Paris tous les jours. La gare de Lagny est à 2 mn à pied du loft et en 22 mn on est à la Gare de l’Est. Pas non plus de quoi s’ennuyer les weekends, nous avons largement profité de la proximité de Disneyland Paris (15 mn en voiture) et, en semaine, mon épouse et les enfants avaient un agenda bien rempli, ballades sur les bords de la Marne (on peut louer des vélos), activités sportives à gogo sur l’île de loisirs JABLINES (à 6 km). Apéros dans le patio, détente lecture sur la terrasse, un luxe rare quand on est aussi proche de la capitale. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Adresse à retenir et à recommander, j’ai d’ailleurs déjà réservé mon prochain séjour au mois d’octobre.
