Very clean comfortable accommodation! Initially very cosy but bit of an issue with the storage heaters, however over the week the flat became more even in temperature.The flat is very well kitted out and this certainly makes for a very good stay. The dishwasher was a bit tricky to operate and would be helpful to have an instruction booklet. Would definitely book again as the location is very good for the town centre. Parking great as own space. Highly rate this property and think it will benefit from different heating which I believe is planned

Clean and reasonable

Clean and quiet 2 bedroom on ground floor. Convenient to campus and golf. If you need a hairdryer, bring one.

The property was super clean and perfect for a week long stay. A food store just up the block and a 5 dollar cab ride to the golf and market street. The host was great, was attentive and friendly in our email communications. Bridget the host really bailed us out of an issue that was caused by travel plans getting involuntarily changed. If I come back to Scotland I will stay here again.

This is my second time staying at the Kate Kennedy flat. Great value, perfect location within walking distance of everything. Perfect! We will definitely be back next year again.

Affordable comfort

Kate Kennedy Apt. was exactly where we needed to be. It’s quiet given the proximity of a fairly well traveled road and provided for our needs. We did have to buy our own TP and laundry soap, but given the price of the lodging, it wasn’t a hardship.

Nice flat in a cute town

We had a pleasant stay in st. Andrews. A really well equiped kitchen, huge bedrooms, and the owner collected many informations for tourists (where To eat,do shopping...) The reason while only 4 stars: it wasn't cleaned up before we arrive. And 4,5 Stars is not possible To choose. All in all: we will come back!!!
