A modern seafront property 'Glanmor' enjoys uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay. Wake up to the sound of the waves breaking on the Blue Flag beach just yards from the front door. Take tea on the balcony looking out towards St Tudwal's islands. Enjoy the central location, ideal for exploring the best attractions that North Wales has to offer. The house has 2 ground floor bedrooms sharing a luxury shower room, a 1st floor open plan living space with balcony, and a large bedroom and family bathroom on the upper floor. There is covered storage for watersports equipment or bicycles (ask), and a laundry. Full GCH throughout and a 'baby room' with cot off the master bedroom.
Size-wise it is on the smaller size. It's perfect for small families and couples. Maximum realistic occupancy is 4 adults and two children.

Another great stay. As on other trips the house was immaculate. We took dogs with us this time and bowls and bedding were left for us to use. They took full advantage of the balcony to watch the world go by.Minor issue with a door was sorted immediately- having direct contact with Guy is great.First time our teenage kids have come with us and they really appreciate the decent WiFi and sky tv.

So impressed with Guy’s place, nothing negative about our stay whatsoever. Plenty of room for our family, great views, everything you would need for your stay. No33 is a very light and airy house, very quiet during our stay and a great base to explore the area. The house was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and it had amazing views overlooking Pwllheli beach. The communication with host was amazing and he went up and beyond to make us feel welcome with some lovely welcome gifts. I would recommend this place 100% to everyone who wants to experience North Wales at its best. We will most definitely be back here in the future.

The property is on the sea front with a sandy beach across the road. There are lots of lovely short walks in the vicinity and a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. The property is well equipped and decorated in neutral white. Parking at the front is easy. The balcony on the first floor is very nice to sit out on a sunny day. The owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything for our week long stay.

Why they chose this property

'Glanmor' is superbly positioned on the quiet seafront at Pwllheli. It is ideal for sailors, walkers, cyclists, or those who just enjoy siting on the balcony watching the world go by. Pwllheli is perfectly located for those wanting to explore the Lleyn Peninsula. The Welsh Coastal Path passes in front of, and alongside the property. If you like sandy beaches you could stay for a fortnight and visit a different one each day.

What makes this property unique

The views from Glanmor' are simply stunning. The property faces South and enjoys spectacular daybreaks and sunsets looking across the water towards Harlech, Barmouth, St Tudwal's Islands, and Abersoch. The marina and sailing events centre are about 1 mile away (nearer as the gull flies!), and outside the front door the flat promenade and sandy beach extends in either direction for relaxing strolls or dog walking.
